What has been confirmed exactly? Because it seems like you guys are jumping to conclusions. Traumerei should be well aware that Princesses aren't allowed to have partners.

And Zahard wants Baam dead. Traumerei is not necessarily acting in Zahard's interests here.

While agreed, I wonder if Rei has more direct, slightly parallel orders (which obviously include directions for what becomes of Baam, the biggest fish to fry).

He was uniquely tapped to face the forces of Gustang after all.

Remember, Rei didn't speak to all FH, just a few.

There are those who want to kill Baam, there are those who want to protect him, and there are those who just want to let him climb the tower.

In other words, for them, Baam is just an irregular, they don't know his past.

I can bet Bloodmadder said to kill Bama while Ari Han said to let him climb the tower. Who wants to protect him, I have no idea, I can't speculate on the interactions between the FH.

Surprisingly I think Ari is in the camp of kill, to preserve peace I think he's willing to kill 1 person to save millions/billions of other. Hon on another hand may be interested in how Baam will turn out, so I'd say he's neutral, despite being Zahard's servant.

If i was Baam i would add a few conditions

1- No furries
2- I want "both" princesses not one(important)
3- Don't do anything to Elaine

But knowing Baam he is going to refuse and once Trau gets to know that Baam is the son of Arlene and V he may change his mind too

Traum already said jahad didn't interfere in their choices,since he didn't want them to split and let them decide on their own. Kill baam is likely to be from Hendo lok or Arie Hon i assume. Protect the baam team is likely to be originate from Shota lover Yurin as well. Neutrals are likely to be Family heads like Yeon,tu perie or so on. if Arie hon decides to kill baam,Ari han is likely to protect baam since they seemed to have bad relationships with each other.

even that is absolutely bonkers though. one of the things princesses are supposed to avoid is zahards power spreading. we are talking about a family head ordering zahard princesses to become traitors to the empire.

I think it's simply opposite. Arie hon is likely to decide to kill him since he is servant of Zahard while Ari han would likely to stand againist his brother. Ari han simply looks too chad to kill baam in this matter. Remember he clapped yurin.

Like i repeated many time those who see the FH and jahad relation as a mere relation between a boss and his subordinate are totally wrong .

This chapter show very well that Zahard can't afford to piss other FH and that the cohesion is necessary .

If i was Baam i would add a few conditions
