Well this chapter really show Rei didn't really put any effort in dealing with Yama and Yas and now that he showed his first glimpse off power it seems he can kill anyone in the nest .
Fu*k.. Hype is real... My hearts beats violently out of my chest. I might have orgasm if this hype continues to be like this. And i might even die of heart attack if the hype is too much.
Btw. It doesn't look like Family heads knows Baam is Arlene's and V's son or He is the one who is destined to kill Zahard except gustang.

Irure told something about Baam to a "family leader", it could be the Phosenkal family leader who reported it directly to Blossom or FH herself, so it's very likely that she knows too.
Eduan appears to be acting with Headon and may very well be the person behind Maschenny. Then he must know.
Tperie has the eyes of God, if even Repelista, who has "only" one opera, knows practically everything in the tower, imagine him.
I think most of you go to the extreme about the relationship between Jahad and the 10 family heads.
Yes, they are not strictly equals but not really subordonates.
They relationship is similar to Zeus and the olympians. Zeus is the God king but the other gods can disobey and oppose Zeus given the right circonstances. Zeus usualy is forced to make concessions with the gods because he can't afford an all out conflict with them. It would be a lose-lose situation even if he is sure to win.
What I mean is that it is a delicate balance between everyone because they are all major powers.
PS: do we say "family heads" or "families heads" ? (Not my native language)
zahard definitely does not care about the pricesses' well being or anything of the sort. but the implication remains that zahard does care about princesses and his blood spreading.
the princesses losing their status is a very weird plot point. if someone said this was possible yesterday i would have called bs... unless a beheading counts as being demoted. imagine the other family heads also pulling this crap.
If zahard want yurin to destroy FUG will she move ? If zahard want Ari to make a move will he move ?
That we don't know .
What we know is
1. that the dynamic between them is complexLo
Lol no that is called being smart and not starting a war when you can't kill you ennemie .
I mean till now we have no idea what that means .
He is king off the tower right ? Is he Urek king ? Is he FUG king ?
Why is Urek not Zahard king ? Urek don't like zahard and other FH and we know he is quite righteous , but yet he doesn't antagonize Zahard .
He kept his head low and his mouth shut like you said right ? But can you consider him Urek king ?
The title call him the king off the tower , but it is hardly true .
You can have whatever title you want , in the end it is people who decide if he king or not . That is why if Urek swear loyalty to Zahard and become his loyal sub he will be Urek king like he is with Rei and Arie but he is not because he didn't .
But in the all off that is meaningless , reread my first post , i spoke off relation and you speak off ranking .
We know for a fact that the relation between zahard and the FH are not that off a king and his sub .
Urek is an irregular that is *devoid of contracts* - hence, he could kill Zahard if he had it in him. The king contract wouldn't prevent it. The same goes for any other NEW irregular that entered, but this is another conversation entirely.
We were talking about the FHs - that is the context, not Urek. Because, while being irregulars, they are different from NEW irregulars entering the tower. We also know that Zahard could beat them all one-on-one.
I guess I don't see what your contention is. It is NOT a meaningless title... it caused a war that the FHs personally were involved in (there was disagreement before they finally agreed to oppose V/Arlen). It is bestowed by the god-like admin, and covers the entire tower and everyone in it (this included the FHs at the time of the coronation). Not new irregulars since that moment, which are basically diplomats as outsiders free from sovereign rule. This only includes Urek, Enryu, Phanta, Baam, and maybe Rachel. That's it. Unless there are hidden irregulars since Genesis those are the ONLY ones that can oppose Zahard.
The fact that Gustang kept his head down, mouth shut shows subordination. What do you think it even means to be subordinate?
If by title, you already agree, Gustang isn't the king while Zahard is.
But you seem to be focused on behavior.
OK, well, Gustang has modified his behavior to calculate that Zahard is more powerful. He has pointedly not betrayed him, though he'd like to do so for some unknown amount of time (possibly always). Modifier behavior is... well, behavior.
By any metric he has subordinated himself to Zahard for the longest of periods. Only now is he starting to bark - because Baam is here more likely than not.
Again:
- FH's can NOT decide to move up the tower - they have to obey Zahard's dictate (subordinates)
- FH's can NOT defy Zahard, and they haven't, or else they would face his wrath (subordinates) as we see is playing out with Gustang's actions
- FH's can't do certain things that empire has set up. Whose empire? Zahard's empire. This may mean marrying or mating with a princess. Or any number of other things.
If they can't do things that means they are lower than Zahard. By title, by behavior, by restrictions, and by invulnerability (probably).
They can be supportive of Zahard. Friendly even. They share history and the nature of being an irregular makes them roughly equivalent in that way. They could do damage to Zahard's empire by rebelling (though not Zahard himself), and it is better to catch flies with honey, but this does not mean that they could depose him at all. They have no ability to overcome the contract given by the admin that solidifies his kingship. They are only immortal by the same/similar admin, so they can't go against what an admin decrees. Thus, by ANY measure, they are lesser beings.
Yes, it has been agreed on many times that he's not JUST their king and they have a dynamic, influential and complicated relationships (Z and the FHs), but that does not negate he is their king. It merely adds more complication to the mix.

If you read back, no one is saying otherwise. No one has said they are strictly his subordinates (likewise, they are somewhat subordinated yet). I've said 'yes and no' from the first post.
1) Bam will definitely not breed with LPG twins
2) There's gonna be a fight
3) Gustang will definitely intervene (better still if Urek teams up with Gustang).
4) Leviathan is ready and willing to fight
I wouldn't count on that much, just the fact that didn't change the focus in this chapter is a win, we'll definitely be going back to the cat tower at any time.

I'm not targeting you or anyone in particular. But I read quite a few posts about it. Some saying the FH couldn't move a finger without Jahad's orders, other saying the FH didn't need to care about Jahad.
I just want to point the fact that it is a very delicate and complex relationship.
My opinion on the teams:
- kill : Bloodmader, Ari, Yeon
- protect : Po Bideau, Eurasia, T Perrie
- let be: Arie, Khun, Ha, Lo Po Bia
Concidering the distribution, the actual situation of non action seems normal.
The question is : who was honnest about their opinion ?
And could someone please tell me if we say family heads or families heads ??
Everyone thought it could only be Gustang (or Urek/Luslec), but this chapter opens up a surprise FH putting their foot down. Or likewise wanting Baam for themselves.

At this point, it's like us saying "We are already prepared for the focus shift, always have been prepared... DO IT NOW !!"
PS. Many already were thinking (and I too) that there will be a shift in 'next' chapter, from previous many chapters... Good that it continued with the irregular meetup
