Reading the chapter by Alpha and with better quality images. Definitely it was Gustang who said to kill him, Blossom to protect him and Eduan to leave him alone. The color scheme is the same as Gustang's and the pink on the woman's nails is extremely suggestive.

Baam should definitely choose fug. It is a no brainer. Even though fug is bad ,they are one of the reasons why baam got so strong in such short amount of time. He received training from ha jinsung, received blue thryssa and thorn fragments from fug, learned infinite loop from YHS. If he stays with fug he will continue to get resources. Not to mention in fug he actually has ally like HJ , luslec, karraka and probably yama.
ON The other hand LPB traumarei would not want baam to become stronger than him. So he would try his best to decrease baams growth. Also baam should not trust any family heads without knowing why they sided against his parents. Baam should try to grow strong quickly for his sake and his friends also.

How many and how many people have we seen fucked up because of the 10 families?

We have Reflejo who went blind because he looked at a princess.

We have rape, experiments, forced submission.

FUG is far from an angel, but the 10 families are definitely not good. There is no one good in the tower.

Here's the thing though, it's a false choice from the start. Baam can oppose the unjust without joining an evil organization.

Zahard did terrible things. Lo Po Bia has also done terrible things. We know this. That doesn't make what FUG does right. It never did. And it never will. White killed how many people including friends of his? What's the line from the Witcher series? "Evil is evil. Lesser, greater, middling, it’s all the same." He should judge situations for himself and make his own group of "not horrible people" instead of losing his soul a bit at a time to either of these groups of scumbags.

Well, what you say only works in stories of good and evil, something that doesn't exist in ToG.

Baam forming his own organization is extremely unrealistic and what will it be based on? In arresting the rankers of the 10 families instead of killing them?

He had an incredible monologue before the hiatus about having to do whatever it takes to survive and protect his allies.

Yes FUG is bad, but the 10 families are worse because they were the ones who made FUG that way, besides Baam's new objective is to reformulate it.

BTW, it's much easier, in the middle of a war, to pick up an already established sect, both with rankers and resources, than simply starting an organization from zero like Wolhaiksong.

I think ha jinsung will come running in looking for bam. Either to be killed and bam goes berserk or enraged. Or bam will block the fh tram somehow showing his true power

Not necessarily. He's still alive, and so are his allies. Live to fight again another day. And maybe, finally, learn something about not blundering into obvious traps in the future. Bottom line as far as I'm concerned is that Baam deserves this. He wasn't ready for what he tried to pull here and he ought to reap the consequences of that. If we get some interesting story developments along the way then all the better.

I hope people don't think it is better for Baam to pick Rei at all. If Rei wasn't a psycho, then Baam should consider the offer, but this is blackmail with extra steps.

If he has a choice he should run back to FUG or just go off solo. If he has no choice tho, resistance won't change anything except make Rei kill some people to show he isn't fucking around, so blackmail part 59 we go.

As a reader, it would be interesting to see the inner working of a family to me, but Baam's choice should be FUG or going off to create a group Urek style.

Once traumerei found out baam devoured levithian which he could not controll and baam has enreyu's thorn fragments and devouring ability do you think he or those other family heads will let baam live. And don't say he will hide it from them .if baam joins lo pa bia family sooner or later they would find out.

I don't think the choice is FUG or LPB for Baam at the moment. Baam hates both. He doesn't want to stay in FUG. It's join LPB or die.

I have never liked that development of Baam in the FUG but staying with them is far better than with the LPB because he can have some authority and is irreplaceable as a Thorn wielder and Irregular. While Baam is like a low level Legendary Pokemon for Traumerei, Baam would have more restrictions there and Traumerei is far more dangerous than Luslec or the Slayers could ever be.
