Earlier in the thread it was determined to be McCage.

- blue-gray skin
- weaker (than Sofia's) lighthouses (his are busted, hers aren't)

- he had horns not blonde hair like Un-named Chase Guy
- Mccage light houses were Violet not red
- maybe Sophia's lighthouses broke because you know, Family Head Super Attack(that did nothing except kill the Hybrider which was probably SIU way of saying "Why did I even add that? Followed by Who is Black March?")
- Chase Guy had brown clothes and was supposed to be super powerful.

So, the Tower is supposedly self-contained, other than a few irregulars every now and then on a very long timeline.

As such, references to Earth literature shouldn't be there.

And yet we get lines from Robinson Crusoe.

Is that the first real-Earth reference in ToG?

Did the research dept get it from GongBang who can bring in outside tomes?

It could be that Gongbang/the Workshop only gives the item to the worthy one, and this rule even applied to Zahard and the Great Family. And Zahard and The Great Family respect its rules and existence because they originated from outside the Tower.

Given that their existence originated from outside the Tower, it is not too far-fetched that the Workshop gave Gustang Tomes created from outside of the Tower because they deemed him worthy to receive it.

In addition, many civilizations existed outside the Tower, as indicated in the TUS (Tales Ulzer Story).

I think there is a possibility that there might be a Civilization similar to the earth one.

You mentioned he was being saved... that's not what is happening here though. Those are busted lighthouses in the aftermath, probably his.

Both FuG and Gustang have been using Rachel to develop Baam, overall she has also been beneficial to Baam just not in the way he would like, and on Baam's feelings on the matter I do think he still cares about her, he wouldn't spared her life otherwise so I don't think someone harboring Rachel would result in animosity from Baam

Baam is stupid enough not to kill even his enemies, she imagines.

He doesn't need to care about her to have a moment of mercy, whether we like it or not, Rachel was an essential part of Baam's life, they broke up in that moment. It was so much that she had to use Arlen as bait to try and keep him attached to her, which clearly didn't work, because even before he knew about LS, Baam didn't even think about it.

- If you mean Uub, he has black skin. Meanwhile, the corpse has blueish skin, coincidentally the same as Mccage. So it's unlikely to be Uub.

- Even Sophia's lighthouse is partly destroyed. Of course, being a less skilled light bearer than Sophia, his lighthouse should be destroyed without a trace.

The Shinwonru attacks are above the Division Commander's paygrade, and even Sophia could defend against it just for some sec. What gives Mccage, whose lighthouse skills are below her, to replicate the same feat?

Sophia didn't defend him, the Shinwonru attacks had a massive AOE, and Mccage was in her proximity. It's similar to the Hybrider was close to WGW when the attacks happened.

I'm not convinced those are Sofia's lighthouses. Hers didn't crack. They are intact. McCage IS a LB and shouldn't have the power to stop his lighthouses from being destroyed, same as we see here.

An alternative for the Cracked lighthouse.

Cha killed Fucille and tried to diffuse the bomb, but the bomb's still exploded to no avail. Later Sophia came to save them with Her lighthouses.

Was the bomb's range extended to Yasractha's Ship?
If not, there was no reason for McCage to leave the ship.
If yes, there was a reason for McCage to leave the ship and protect himself.

Shortly after that, the shinwonryu attacks from Traumerei covered most of the Nest, and we could see McCage indeed failed to protect himself.

Consider some angles here. His lighthouse's color was violet, yet the cracked one's red. It raises the question: Did his lighthouse change due to his skill? Or did he have another one in his inventory?

Furthermore, lighthouse comes in different colors(TOG Wikia), and as a high ranker, he likely had some lighthouses in his inventory. IMO this could be the alternative to why the cracked lighthouse close to him was different.
