If you are town, the hint I dropped should be easy for you to understand, and you should see the value of this transaction (another hint is that this benefits you more than it benefits me).

Confusing is not good for town, for now I believe that if 2 people agree to swap, no town should intervene, it would make it harder to figure out what happened, because coin toss is random, not sure about this tho, need to think more.

I was asking to avoid this situation not trying to start it xD

Technically the 2 town swapping only confirm each other since 2 mafia could coordinate a fake swapping show, so others can't be sure until one of them is dead, but it a good step forward, tying people is awesome for town.

Evil feels weird in comparison to the organic dialogue that’s happening between Gry, Gnut, Lambu. Like high strung? And James feels like James. Marma seems to be more active then usual. Lawl probably scum. Demon is Demon. Brandish being pretty active. Erinyes feels weird too. And Vandred.

ONG! That actually sounds really interesting and hilarious. Want to see it now. Especially if certain people got it like idk Shad or Lambu or Sam something. that and could play with it. If it’s not done this game, maybe should be in a future game.

Actually if Hoe can block the swap, it would look just like a real town swap....
You could figure it out if you have a role that can tell if you have been blocked.

But then it could be used to throw shade on somebody, by blocking a random Pair, to create distrust between them.

Would a hoe even bother doing this, since they can't coordinate in the mafia pad, as revealing who to block, reveals who is the person requesting the block (Since they are Paired)? Unless the hoe is the person trading? (Self preservation).

There's a lot to take in with the mechanic still with a lot to consider, but reading it a few times has helped consolidate it for me. Who to potentially swap with

Who would swap those roles, though ? if i were jesus i wouldnt give it to you or to anyone but id gladly give up on a kamilaze or mason i guess due to the mechanics, a great part of us have "swappable" roles

Haven't fully caught up yet but here's some input in the meantime.

I had my role before. I know some people don't like it but I was actually considering keeping it as I had some successful runs with it in the past. This mecha makes me bit doubtful though.

In that case it maybe smart to coordinate our swap in the day phase.

It we coordinate in the day phase, if a green switches with a red, we will know for sure who is the new red.

Like, if we all make pairs of 2 that must swap their roles, everyone will swap, the "new" townies now know who should be a "new" mafia, and mafia loses.

Of course this means the unlucky townies would lose the game for this, however this sounds amazing for mafia because they will then become town and win LMAO

Hmm, if that's really possible then let's do a pair system and "break" their game, or at least push the limits. It seems like a whole mess in early game that I am actually started regretting having signed up so I am down to bring some structure in it.

I made alphabetical pairs. Let me know if that idea is majority-proof.

I don't think so, it can also work part-ways. You just have to agree with your other half, and tomorrow we will have "creditable pairs" that could maybe vouch for each other and uncreditable pairs, where it failed, somebody died, or something else happend.

In this regard @Gajeel are you down?
