I believe Momo is the least one among the ones you mentioned who needs help. He already has powerful servants + Yamato.
Orochi sorta still make sense because I think he has 1 head left. The one Kaidou cut I believe don't count because he's not transformed. Anyways I think Black Beard Pirates takes it and make use of it.
Didn't Oda mentioned Orochi's "dragon form" missed one head when he encountered the Samurai?! But I'm sure that ninja advisor said orochi has died before (by Kaido)
Yeah but characters in One Piece saying someone is dead doesn’t mean they actually are. Look at Smoker saying Zoro killed the Whiskey Peak bounty hunters, for instance (when he in fact didn’t )

I would agree, but didn't he lose more than 7 heads? Edit: He lost 8 total. One by Kaidou, 6 from the scabbards, and one by Denjiro. I was confused thinking Yamata no orochi had 7 heads instead of 8. He's gone-zo.
The count won’t matter if he can regen his heads after a period of time, right? Not sure, but i always felt that both him and Kaido would meet their ends similar to Oden. Kaido did at least, and arguably Orochi was pretty scorched by the time denjiro made his attack so that could have been his end as well. Or not… of all the alternatives that have been put here, Orochi still makes most sense given the nature of his abilities.

Usually when someone has some kind of "imortality", it has to be mentioned which is the only way for this imortality to be bypassed..for Orochi we just asumed that he will be killed after all 8 of his heads are cut off..
Greenbull is most likely the one closest to defeat, by luffy...rather, i think akainu found about Greenbull"s initiative, decides to send Kizaro / fujitora to join him. This chapter, would reveal what worries Akainu to the point makes him be against any action...

Kizaru is at Marineford and seem to have been there since Big Mom and Kaido joined forces. Which leaves us with Fujitora. Last time we saw him was in a sea battle, against whom is unclear. He might have been sent to deal with Mihawk, but it's been a week, even though he lost he should've recovered by now.
