If it's about Vegapunk, Kizaru would probably be the most likely option. If he gets beaten it would also make a good setup for a third new Post Timeskip admiral. I'd also just like to see more of Kizaru as I feel he's had the least amount of exposure out of all the admirals and I like his character

He needs to be humbled.. seriously, one of the cockiest guys out there.. My favorite marine btw .. but judging how dirty he did to the straw hats, a payback would be nice.. however ,I guess the forest guy will pop up since he's on the run and might come across Eggplant island

I don't know. We've seen Luffy depleted (Crocodile, Impel Down and even WCI) so many times now I'd much rather see him go up against a completely different opponent. Kizaru wouldnt even be a fight about pure strength. Don't think we've seen anything similar since Enel

With Luffy's speed and haki abilities, even without his awakening, I could see him beating Kizaru. With his awakening, I don't see Kizaru having a chance. He could just grab and rubberize his light attacks and send them right back.

he would probably be able to grab them and send them back but i doubt it would hurt kizaru... is very rare for a user being hurt by his own element..specially a beast like Borsalino... i wonder if light .. work in the same was as Electricity like enel... Luffy was like almost 100% inmune to him cause it was electricity.. but we are talking about Pure light here... both can be energy.. but i m not sure Luffy would be totally inmune to it

my memory is fuzzy.. but wasnt Luffy triying to .. Or evading PX lights attack on Sabaody? even kuma send them far away to save them

but a concentrated laser strong enough

It would be living up to expectations to get confirmation of Bonney's exact relationship with Kuma (father/daughter?) and their kingdom.

One of the SBS listed Bonney's age as 22, but noted it's an estimation due to her ability. I wonder if it's possible that Bonney is actually quite a bit older, but prefers that version of herself. Would be funny if she was like Kuma's mom or something.

Whatever happens on this island I'd really like to see Luffy low-diff someone. A Bellamy style low-diff. After the most recent battle against Kaido I could use a break from extreme opponents.

Yeah I always figured she and Conney was one and the same, so who knows? But I recently saw a sketch art from Oda (soon after timeskip) where one of his little notes said "wants revenge for her father" or sth so I'm more expecting it to be a father/daughter situation now.

They use "pain clone", meaning Vegapunk have different variant clones?
N it seem not just clones, but Vegapunk pilot them from far?
Maybe Vegapunk itself antagonis in this arc.

About bonney.. people mostly says she is older but probably she is younger.
Or her actual age is really 20's and Oda is again messing with us all these years.

Well, if it’s a no-action-plot-building chapter it might get hate just for that alone lol. Especially if there nothing in it that could possibly feed another useless power scaling debate

« No break next week » is a pretty safe prediction to make lol. We’re just out of a break so there should be three WSJ issues featuring OP in a row, then a break (barring national holidays and stuff)

My guess is all 7 SSG will be reveal since it was stated the purpose of abolishing the system and replacing the 7 Shichibukai.

As for Bonney I always stated she was either Siblings or Daughter of Kuma. Thinking about her being the Mother or them being Lovers doesn't meet my agenda.
