we have confirmed clones with Stussy being the first success. Do you think other characters could be clones too?

Could Tashigi be a clone of Kuina? I would not mind that but I do not see how she would have been chosen for such a process.

Could, what I sure as hell hope is NOT being the case, Luffy be a clone of Roger?

What do you think? Have we met other clones already?

There are theories out there already, like Bonney being a failed clone of Big Mom, Yamato being a failed clone of Kaido, Weevil being a failed clone of Whitebeard, etc. Not sure if Oda would ever go through with ridiculous things like that though.

Tashigi is older than Kuina.

Even if Kuina was a clone of Tashigi, why would they clone a 1 year old baby?

We have plenty of clones before stussy. The pacifista were clearly clones to begin with and we had the vinsmoke clone army as well. Stussy is simply the first successful clone ever.

Tashigi is definitely not a clone of kuina BUT there's a solid chance that tashigi is related to kuina. We have learned a bit about shimotsuki village. It was founded by wano folk some 50 years ago. Tashigi is someone with an interest in grade swords, many of which specifically hail from wano. She has a grade sword herself. It's not that hard to imagine that one of her anscestors was one of the samurai that left wano 50 years back.

What worries me now is the excessive association with Rocks, there are already too many characters which story revolves around them

Yeah I would rather address Rocks via a long flashback from people like Garp/Sengoku/Tsuru/Ray etc. Now we're bringing in clone versions of those folk instead which opens up too big a can of worms

Seriously, I hope Oda keeps the clones to a minimum. No need to do things like making Tashigi a clone of Kuina, but knowing Oda, he'll probably do that.
