Ok, I finally connected some dots and I'm relatively confident on the overall gist of what I'm about to predict:
The Ancient Weapons will somehow be wielded by Nami, Zoro and Brook.
- I guess Zoro will command Pluton
- It's a bit of a toss up between Uranus and Poseidon, but since Shirahoshi is Poseidon, I'm more inclined towards Brook wielding it.
The betrayers within the crew will be Sanji and Brook, but I'm not sure if it will be intentional or they'll be caught in a scheme. Chopper will be a collateral.
I'm not sure about Robin and Nami, but I honestly believe they'll be caught in this plot, although I'm not sure if they'll be victims or not.
The way Oda is going to execute it is hard to predict, but my conjecture is that Sanji will feed something that's not supposed to be fed, or actually be fed upon.
It's all written in the story already, and secondary characters are undervalued!

Absolutely, but even if they're man made (I could see Pluton being a living weapon, man made or perhaps even having two plutons, one of each), we have enough on our hands to speculate about them requiring people to function:
- A ship needs a crew, and a crew needs a Captain. If it's not sentient, that's even more of a requirement.
- Uranus, in case it is a spaceship of some sort, needs fuel. Vegapunk left us with a cliffhanger on the fuel for ancient weaponry, but if we connect it to what Doflamingo said, it runs on something like life force, and immortality is needed, so a person is needed.
Edit: I think there are other options for Uranus, and the whole immortality thing that Doflamingo said is related to something else, but it still leaves room for a person being needed.
It's true that removing the requirement for using them isn't the same as destroying them. I don't really have a conjecture for what happens to the weapons, but I do see your point. I'm optimistic about the overall prediction, because the overall narrative is leading us that way, or so I believe, but I'm not confident enough to predict how Oda is going to tackle that issue.
My current idea is that most Neptunian/Fishman related stuff is metaphorically related to curses and martyrdom in general, so when the root of the problem is solved/prophecies and stuff, we will not have Neptunians as they are right now, or the power to command them will cease to exist altogether. Think of it as comparable to the damned souls who're finally given rest stories in popular culture.

This one isn't exactly a theory or anything, but like a weird/alternate interpretation of some stuff that Oda could've written out as clues to Imu's identity.
Imu has some connection to Sanji. Either looks like a relative of his, has an underling/slave that fits this description, or there's a grudge between Germa and Imu. I'm just putting this one out there in case Sabo actually reveals something soon.
Shaka (Vegapunk's satellite) could also fit this description, in case Oda decides to play around with shared motifs.
I'm convinced that Germa, Brook and Rocks are connected, but it's still a bit messy in my head.
The God Valley incident was tied to a kidnapping, and I think that Xebec was not exactly the culprit.
Edit: Now that the 9 holy knights have been introduced, I think the Sanji thing could be related to them instead. There's a character that looks like Sanji in there, but it could be a relative, a clone, or something along those lines.
Edit: unrelated to it, but since the idea came from exploring the same sources, I'm wondering if we'll see a character with a devil fruit that includes flying who has a swirly symbol/scar on his chest. It's hard to explain where the idea came from, but it's about remote control. I'll just leave it out here in case it actually ends up happening.
Sugar seems to foreshadow Imu in many ways. She doesn't age (!) and can erase people from history. And overall Dressrosa foreshadows many things of the final saga.
However, I just noticed Sugar's hood with bear ears, similar to Kuma's. What's the implication?

I'm glad that thread got you thinking about it! Dressrosa is absurdly packed, and the Straw Hat fleet sidestory is also really interesting!
I recall considering all the associations with Sugar when I saw a panel of her sitting in her room. I don't recall the chapter, but it has a lot of interesting visual stuff, including Pudding on the floor, or something like that.
People mocked the shit out of the Sanji baking a cake narrative, but it was clearly a metaphor/foreshadowing for something greater than that.

Ok, so here are some thoughts I wanted to lay out on Luffy and his fruit.
Ever since the awakening, I thought there was something missing, and I've gone back and forth on what it could be.
I was inclined to think that Oda was messing with us, and the Sun God fruit was an artificial replica, considering the color makes no sense, and Vegapunk had just called Momo's fruit a failure despite it it seemingly being perfect, except for the color. It also had some nasty drawbacks that reminded me of the Energy Steroids manufactured in Fishman Island, and since the ancient robot attack was around the time the fishman civil rights movements came around, my conjecture was that it was an artificial fruit made by fishman scientists and the real fruit was still somewhere out there, probably to be revealed in Elbaf (and maybe it would get eaten by Usopp, given his Sogeking persona). I still hold this theory as plausible, but after reading some other stuff, I've thought about another route.
What's the difference between an awakening and a true awakening? Big Mom used that specific wording when mentioning Pudding and her third eye.
Luffy had a fascination with Chopper because he had 7 stages of evolution, but we're currently at 5, so is there reason to believe we could go further? I think so, and that could come in more than one way.
One of those routes is Luffy "dying" again, and he'll finally be a true "Sun God", yellow/red in color, and unfazed by heat. While this might sound like bullshit, the reason for that is actually Baron Tamago and his Egg-Egg fruit, that just so happens to be meaningful in the current arc, and how he could be telling us something with his fruit. When he dies, he transforms, and Oda said in a SBS that he goes from Baron to Viscount to Count Niwatori, his final form, and then we go full circle. If body and mind need to catch up to the fruit's potential in order to awaken, could we go a step further in order to "trully awaken"?
The other route is harder to explain, and a lot more tinfoily, but it goes back to the original layout that Oda planned for One Piece, and it highlights why trinities are so important. We have a Sun God , a Fire logia, and a Heat paramecia. You need all three in order to have the full picture, but I don't know how.
All in all, I still feel like Oda's baiting us with this Nika thing, so here are a few suggestions to think about.
Abit of a tinfoil hat theory here, ROCKS and the God Valley Incident are the reason why the WG created the Warlord's. I think this because when Sengoku mentioned them, he brought up 7 names not counting Xebec (tho the 7 part is probley just coincides). And we don't know when the Warlord system was first created.
Ok, so here goes a bit of an unpolished theory, but I honestly believe that Sanji will be an antagonist in the near future, so I might as well try to predict it now, while it's still crazy and fun. He will probably be redeemed towards the end of the story, but this has been long in the making, or so I believe.
For starters, he's always been a faulty character (second only to Usopp), and it seems to me like Oda is slowly building upon it as the story goes out, constantly bringing out his worst traits and slowly making his best ones less common. I don't think he'll be the only antagonist in this shift, but let's just focus on him for a bit, and I could write a whole essay about it, but I didn't write down a lot of stuff that got me thinking about this scenario, so I'll just focus on the stuff I remember.
I'll put it out straight: his backstory is a rough sketch of what Oda imagined Rocks would be, but very condensed (so don't get stuck on technicalities). We have the Baratie, where the Cooks are constantly fighting and nearly killing each other. They're completely crazy, and everyone keeps mentioning it, but they're kept together by Zeff. We have a head chef that used to be a notorious pirate, thought to have died, who was the cook for a very famous unknown pirate, and has a sought after logbook. His closest retainers are Sanji, who everyone thinks is a greedy bastard who wants to be the head chef, and Patty, who just cares about payment (Stussy is a notorious gold digger). It introduces Mihawk, the strongest swordsman in the world, and Don Krieg commanded a huge armada, with a starving crew, and poisonous weapons, that included a spear. These last elements have been slowly building up in the current story, but I'd have to go on a huge tangent to explain how I think they'll tie up, so let's just leave it at that.
He has a split personality, and talked to himself during the Judge fight. I can't think of a bigger red flag than that, and even more so if we think that he's been slowly awakening latent powers, and seems to draw out power from his emotions, with past panels that could serve as foreshadowing but that will be left out for the sake of space. The whole Germa story is unfinished, considering their downfall, the Sora stuff, Vegapunk, Doflamingo flashbacks, and I could go on for quite a while. I'll just leave this one out here because it wouldn't fit anywhere else, but I think Brook will be associated with Germa.
Wano had him "crucified" by Maria, a prostitute, and walking around carrying a cross. He's some sort of Jesus, but I'm more inclined towards Antichrist. He has the black color scheme, attacks based on the devil, draws inspiration from Venus/Lucifer, has some hinted connection to Lunarians, and he's already on his way there with the sturdiness and self combustion (fallen angels). The list could go on, but you get the gist of it.
The whole Iron Mask stuff, with Duval, his childhood. (Look it up). Curiously enough, another character with this sort of association is Spandam, and the whole Cypher Pol stuff is about what? Assassins and intelligence.
He feeds everyone, friend or foe, and starvation and famine has been a thing for quite a while, and related to some very important characters.
He was left out of Dressrosa, the arc about bringing down the Celestial Dragon, and I believe there's a reason for it. We did get Cavendish and Sai.
I used to think that Blackbeard would get Chopper and his fruit, and I still believe so, but now I'm starting to think that Sanji is also a candidate. He's the emergency food supply, so all we need is a crisis.
It's funny how we saw Judge in the MADS flashback, and in one of those covers he had a weird thing on his forehead, that he didn't previously have. It may just be a printing thing, but there's a mystery behind not revealing his forehead in WCI, and that's even more evident when he now have drawings of his younger self.
Let's see how it goes.

I like some of the premises, but how is Shirahoshi explained?
If stuff like Pluton and Uranus could have been around for centuries, ever since they were created, we know that Shirahoshi was born with that power, and we had a couple of centuries without anyone manifesting it. It has a more transcendental component than the other two.
