Kaidou and Big Mom being still alive, but terribly crippled from their loss with their spirits broken would be amazing. Kaidou got the Moria treatment but is famished and skinny instead of fat, and Big Mom is permanently trapped as O-Lin and now the family has to deal with *that* mess.

It's way more Oda's style to have them wandering the world in a cover story, beaten and unrecognizable. Kaidou still hating Linlin, but having to stick with O-Lin for protection after losing his haki and will to fight anyone. It'd be a hilarious inversion of the big sister/little brother relationship they had during their prime before their defeat. Now Kaidou would have to take his eternal sibling-esque nemesis to go get ice cream, lest the pangs begin.

Once they finally make it to Totland and Kaidou can pawn off O-Lin on the Charlotte family: "So uh... can I crash on your couch for a couple weeks or what?"

Biggest indicator this is fake: Big Mom would never call him "Luffy." Or at least I can only recollect her ever calling him Mugiwara and previously Garp's grandson..

Big mom vs Luffy on Elbaf always seemed like the right path of things to develop but I'm hoping it's not the case.

Long before Wano, I had always thought Wano was going to be solely Kaidou and Elbaf would be the arc where both Kaidou and Big Mom get taken down at once via an alliance with giants and onis. I wouldn't doubt it if something like that were in the cards at some point but was changed early in Wano to expedite both of their defeats so the final saga could get started sooner.

Not even somewhat, the way it was worded seemed like Fuji was straight up pulling a Boa or Garp- unambiguously getting away with being a good guy working for the bad guys by virtue of being strong enough to do whatever the fuck he wants. I'm sure from their clash in Dressrosa Sabo and Fuji know each other are pretty good guys on opposite sides of the fence.

Big mom vs Luffy on Elbaf always seemed like the right path of things to develop but I'm hoping it's not the case.

The only reason I don’t see this happening is big mom would get smacked by luffy and Zoro tbvh. But I can easily see her going to elbalf and marrying the prince?

The spoilers feel fake, but I'm just gonna leave this one out here in case there's some truth to it:

I think we'll see Big Mom again, and she will be wielding her fruit and Kaido's at the same time, cannibalizing him off-screen in order to survive.
I think her body's similar to Teach, but unlike him, she's not aware of it yet. In fact, I think she's the key to understanding a few characters.

Her backstory doesn't make sense: a five year old child with regular human parents is actually a giant, capable of destroying an elbafian village, with unexplained cravings that make her "rot away" until she gets what she wants? Already having a cannibalistic backstory? Split personality?

She's the old hag of myth and folktale, the one that has a motherly side to her, and also eats little children. This has "infected zombie trope" written all over it. She's not out of the story yet: Luffy said he'd beat her, she said she'd be back, and her defeat consisted of getting her out of Onigashima, so we need some escalated version that actually makes sense within her own set of shown characteristics.

Mark my words brothers and sisters, Kaidolin is coming.

We know Sabo and the commanders didn't escape together. And this is enough for me to consider this as fake spoilers
