The chapters have been great this arc but still it's annoying
It's just their way to ensure you will read spoilers and they get their ad revenue or clout or whatever. Like in Breaking Bad when Jesse decided the best way to sell meth would be by going to recovery groups and talking about how amazing the blue shit was. I'm amazed these people don't get busted every week.
I haven't gone "meeeeh" at a chapter since Wano officially ended tbh. If anything the "hyping up" is redundant because it's like "Yeah? Another great chapter? And why would I expect anything else?""

It's even more funny because Oda stated before that Wano was the most important arc for him... and he made it so mediocre due to similar reasons as Dressrossa's.
Leakers are just working on their weekly circle jerk before they finally post the 3-4 sentences.
