Only if BB deactivated her ability or she was trapped with kairoseki chains. Booney at that time should have easily been within one shot range for BB at the time even without his devil fruit. Alternative it's also feasible BB didn't even get involved and his crew easily and instantly dealt with her.

Let me jump onto this to help out with pointing out where the weirdness is.
Bonney chained, Blackbeard present->Period of Time Where Blackbeard runs away-> Bonney chained, Akainu present.

This might just have been oversight, or something Oda can handwave, but the question that needs to be asked is why didn't Bonney transform into a child to escape the bindings during the period when Blackbeard ran away due to Akainu? She is a character who has a history of "escaping" and sneaking, so why not there? Turn into child hands and slip out.
When you try to answer that one spot, one of the solutions is the seastone chains. Which then invites wondering about her natural form and the observed behavior of what the handcuffs do to active devil fruit abilities.
It's an interesting little conundrum ahead of the answer being revealed.

I mean, Blackbeard can be pretty fast. I wouldn't be surprised if Bonney tried using her power, but failed due to power cancellation, and then chained her up with the assumption that he'd get a battleship if he traded her.

So are you thinking there's a period of time where both Blackbeard and Akainu are in eyeshot of Bonney at the same time?
Because I'm coming in thinking, for example, Blackbeard finds out Akainu is there->blackbeard runs away->random minutes later, Akainu arrives to find Bonney still chained up.
So, from the assumptions I'm making we've cleared the "not in front of others" criteria, assuming she is completely fine using her power in front of her crew.

well... i tough When Akainu says.. his blood run cold when she scaped in the past it was referring to the kidnapping we are seeing now.. i guess


but how does thats work??.. so the real ginny it is still in mariejois? he was happy cause what it scaped it was just a clone?..

About that hint, I'm 60% sure that's a scene from Bakuman where the guy is sketching his crush from afar...
So maybe, it's pointing at Kuma secretly admiring? Like just reiterating the nature of the relationship?

I don't believe she is Ginney's clone because she would have to be identical to Ginny, the same way the Pacifistas and the 7 chibi shichibukai are identical to the originals. But Oda could really go ahead with the idea of cloning and justify it with some BS like, "Oh, it was when the cloning procedure was still imperfect and stuff."
