The one-shot chapter is out
Same-ish, aside from feeling weird with art style and expecting something different, not a prelude to 100 year questReally enjoyed this chapters.

Mashima would be missing an opportunity by not holding another tournament to decide which mages can be Rank S.So Originally Makarov wouldn’t allow Natsu to go because he wasn’t s class. There needs to be another s class tournament
that is true but if there was another trial it’ll still be very difficult because the S-class members have gotten stronger as well (some other than other)The entire A Team is capable of being S Rank mages, but they are still one rank below.
S-class is not just about strength, as was shown before, it requires different skills. And Natsu in no way is capable of being an S-classSo even though it’s been a year since the war with Alvarez and Acnologia, there hasn’t been a S-class trial, and Makarov initially didn’t allow Natsu to do the 100YQ because he wasn’t S-class?
It would be redundant for there to be another trial since the team and some of the other relevant guild members have shown to be capable of being S class mages or beyond that, but it would be nice for there to be another one but something more challenging.
Yep, but lately it feels like even Hiro forgot about that.S-class is not just about strength, as was shown before, it requires different skills. And Natsu in no way is capable of being an S-class
Well that’s telling given how Levy was a candidate.S-class is not just about strength, as was shown before, it requires different skills. And Natsu in no way is capable of being an S-class
WAlright i see many bad opinions fueled by hate or some other shit but i will get past that. Being S-class has nothing to do with leadership. Leadership is important for being a leader. S-class rank is all about power and being an elite mage. Thats why Natsu had to face Gildarts in the island. With that being said, Natsu being S-class makes the most sense here, since he is the most effective mage in the guild that could deal with a quest of this calibre. Natsu is not a team player, more like Gildarts in that sense, They don't need leadership skills, They thrive off solitude, They are fine on their own like lone wolves.
