Simple question, how do you think Togashi does his storyboarding? That is to say, story planning?

Especially in this arc, with all the factions and sub-plots; do you think arcs are done by individual or specific arc?

Hard to say for sure, but we know he's doing things he's never done for previous arcs. Like:

After seeing some of his twitter pictures about the manuscripts (they look massive) I'm pretty sure he has everything related to the arc already on paper. Some of Takehiko Inoue's videos show this aswell, they do the manuscript way ahead of time and then it's a matter of deciding the layouts of the pages, drawing and inking. There's no way on earth you can freestyle an arc like this or Chimera Ant like Akira Toriyama used to do.

So the Hisoka position in the back was a "why not" idea? Gosh Togashi, gosh.

I never knew that about Hisoka during the dodgeball match. But when I recollect, that’s exactly how I felt before Gon started to measure boy parts with Razor…I was so anxious to what Hisoka could or would do during the match
