I really do not know. But from what I heard , FHs are second only to urek , zahard , enryu and phanta.
Personally I am fine with enne or adori being above some FHs.

Haven't seen many people that think the top Princesses are > some FHs.
With that said, we need more feats to tell for sure. I wouldn't bet on it though.

Even if the lower tier FHs have less attack potency, their durability and almost regenerating from harmful wounds, are second to none and better than any thing a tower born can muster.

Gustang even as a support wave controller he would be stronger than Adori as a fisherman, thats just how OP FHs are or they were portrayed, if urek can really defeat gustang and Rei at the same time adori might put up a fight but would still ultimately get defeated.

Yeah, until you discover that erasing the Po Bidau family doesn't mean you can exterminate the Family head, especially not when he's immortal and can only be killed by another family head or an irregular like Urek.
Hell Joe is powerful enough to exterminate the Po Bidau family forces if they attack him in the FOD for example yet he'll be quite helpless against a Family head.
I'm sure she's greater than Luslec, far greater even but then she remains a bug just as Luslec is to a family head.
Being 50 X stronger than a bug for example doesn't make you comparable to a freaking planet.
