But then they also get score penalized so they can't fully resort to that. Unless you mean "ah I got 300+ alrdy so fork it, I'll ignore the system.
I think mafia might try to be top poster instead to reduce that?


Am I overthinking by wondering what "with an action" means in the "killing a townie" scoring? I don't see how someone can die in this setup if not by being lynched or killed.

But how would we know if not everyone is gonna claim. And looking at the roles, to be honest, there is no one more valuable than ourselves, and our number 3 lol.

Inspectors are very conditional due to the points accumulation, could be late game sweepers.
Analysts to be honest no idea - maybe they could find the second 100 points guy or someone with a sus high number that could only be explained by the person killing someone at the nights before.
And rest are very important roles of the vanillas.

I think inspectors and the ones that can check numbers have their place. But as I said, that's in a leaning sense. I won't be disclosing my decisions in here since that defeats the purpose of a kill blocker, I might easily go a completely different way in the end after re-reading the thread during the NP to attempt to block a kill (not necessarily as hoe).

Logically they would either kill an Enforcer N1, or if the Enforcers intend to hide they‘d kill DD/Erin.

Killing in the other groups would make the PoE easier to find the mafias.

So N1 preventing a kill by hiding or doctoring Erin/DD could be quite a play, but tricky.

Idk I don't see the two of us around in the late game (and possibly midgame), so I'll try my best at just being a pain in the ass. But yeah, that was in the sense that some roles have their place later on.

Yeah, bit awkward to be mafia this game with the open list and very specific role categories. Perhaps best play is to be quick thinking and get a claim done, contest one of each category except the Inspectors. But still by default the late claimers already look bit worse.

I wont exclude the possibility of mafia quick on their feet, but D1 lynch looks pretty good so far.

I like that I‘m vanilla, it will be likely the most contested claim and if I can make myself trusted then it will be much easier to lynch the mafia in this group.

Do you understand the Analysts claim hesitation from a role play perspective, or is it maybe just coincidence that they afk'ing early game?
