Neither of them can harm it if it's under Traum's control of which i assume is the case here.
If it's not then it becomes possible, but considering once against it took something like Disconnection to one shot it accidentally i'm still seeing no hope for the Duo here considering neither of them are anywhere near close to that conceptual breaking nonsense.
I think Adori or Luslec are already at least comparable to Valhalla individually, but if Valhalla retains her infinite lives from All-Creatures, it might get tricky.
I'm also on the wagon that the attacks of Traumerei's Shinheuh have Shinwonryu properties, so that wouldn't be a good match-up for Luslec in particular.
Still, I think they should be able to overwhelm her together. My only concern is the immortality.
I think Adori is stronger than Valhala 1x1 but Valhala is immortal and It has SWR boost, so spells won't be useful against It, which makes most of Luslec skillset not decisive for this fight
Hard battle, but unless Adori has another trick in hand, I think Valhala takes It.
Just for once put something that I can logically back Luslec xD
Neither Adori's nor Luslec's feats are sufficient. But they both have more things up their sleeves. Luslec can lure Valhalla and Adori can hit. Maybe, if Valhalla is something of Ameuz really, it might react against Luslec peculiarly and tables can turn. That would be dope. Imagine Valhalla changing sides.

Ameuz was already dead, so I don't think it will do anything in the fight. Luslec has the means to subdue Valhalla, while Adori has the more killing blow stats, but they can only decisively win if Valhalla doesn't regenerate through Traumerei all creatures.

Luslec has showed no means to subdue Valhala... even Gustang couldn't subdue Valhala. He misled Traumerei to hit Valhala with the same attack that killed both Gustang and Traumerei himself once.
I am surprised none considered that Valhalla can mesmerize both Mirchea and Adori. Valhalla isn't known to anyone since even Gussy never knew enough about her. It could be a surprise element for sure. She almost hypnotised Gussy, a FL, who in turn avoided looking at it. One look at it unconsciously or consciously and boom it's over for them.

that attack did not killed Valhalla though, after that attack, Gustang full body burnt her, yet she was killed only after Traumerei collected all his trash to himself.
The problem with Gustang is that he did not really make good work of his Library, but still Hunos was subduing Valhalla just fine had it not 3D disconnection, hence Gustang did subdue it.
As for Luslec, his cascade like spells and charges are just fine to subdue, without considering regeneration. With considering regeneration, it is more like tiring the Traumerei out, completely another matter.
I just want to rationalize the Gustang's reaction on Valhalla as something on FH level, then, doubting Ameuz relation. Traumerei did do lots of necromancy, so she might be as dead as V.

Unos didn't subdue Valhala. Valhala got no damage from Unos. And even after Gustang burning Valhala after Traumerei cut It in a half, Its body was still there for Traumerei to absorb.
It is a beast with FH durability. Nothing Luslec showed can damage It, or subdue It, plus you forget Luslec's biggest AP so far are spells and Valhala is born from Traumerei's shinwonryu. It is not going to be effective.

You reread.
Valhalla was sort of immobilized there like parachuting, ready to be damaged by more powerful winds. Misled disconnection hit did not finish her off though (and we don't really know whether Gustang really was trying to lure Traumerei to disconnect Valhalla consciously), and neither Gustang's fire.
Moreover, two things Luslec showed can damage it, and it is for you to find it with in 599-601 without speculation. From shinwonryu things what I saw in webtoon was most probable hints on them negating some defensive spells. Them having absolute defense against spell attack is, whether plausible or not, conjecture. Hence, I, too, can conjecture that Luslec has non-spell strong AP as well so the FH to move when Luslec appear because there is something else other than shinwonryu supposedly annihilate with a touch.

I'm sorry, but did you see Luslec's full bag? I'm sure he has some means to subdue him. If he can throw hands with Mazino, he can throw hands with Valhalla.
People keep forgetting about that attack meant to kill Mazino (that fulfilment of vengeance) Mazino survived only because he's Mazino.

That attack was meant to kill 25% reinforced Urek. Even then, it only managed to do very superficial cuts after countless attacks. To make the damage seem more negligible, Urek was shown unscathed after destroying it.
That technique is most likely not scratching 50% reinforced Urek, let alone 100%. Valhalla is a beast with base stats close to/comparable to the FHs. The attack doing something to her depends on how high you think FH stats are in the Urek reinforcement scale.

Also, we would have to assume that Valhala can't just dispel the attack just like Urek did, especially considering Valhala is born from Traumerei's shinwonryu.
Infinite vengeance was not the killer blow. It was quite an interesting thing, but the deadly move itself was Ghost Orchid, and it should not have broken from the start, Luslec should have protected it more. Most probably, if the orchid would have lasted much longer, the resulting vengeance might have been much powerful.
As for "immediate dispelling", infinite vengeance was what happens when the Ghost Orchid was dispelled.

A spell destroyed by 30% Urek. Plus, it is a spell. Won't work very well on Valhala. Nothing changes here. The only thing that could change this game is If Luslec trumph card or Adori's hidden abilities will allow them not only to overcome Valhala's strength and speed, as also Its immortality.
Don't get me wrong, If Valhala is not controlled by Traumerei thus no SWR boost and immortality, I think Adori or Luslec could beat It. But in the scenary the OP did set up, It is still controlled by Traumerei even If he is not fighting together
