Well, mate, it's been a fun one. It was pretty tough to design and run the game solo between deadlines. I mean, I'm used to hosting in busy periods, but to really have to get work done and go from appointment to appointment, it's rough. Nonetheless, I had a lot of fun reading this game.

Mafia played a strong game. They even did some 5D mindfuck plays totally intentionally. Town I don't think had the wrong attitude, but did have trouble getting their ducks in a row. I'll share some post-game thoughts later, taking my own outback rat (my cute Copana) to the vet for the first time in a bit.

Idk it's a real shame that D1s often come to that... voting for people that shied out and contributed the least / looked weird due to barely saying anything... in this game, the ratio looks higher to me, a real shame people don't put in more effort, in pee breaks or idk...

Ah, you're right. I keep thinking of it as a failed action, which I usually equate with death in regards to doctors plus illusion being walking dead. In that case, I don't wanna say much, but maybe Gry was right here.

To you all, yes, except the illusion part which was me thinking game starts with illusions, the rest was a hint. I will not elaborate as I might as well state my role, you guys figure it out

I think Farfy and Gry having different positions about role hinting fits as town play since they often clash opinions in mafia games, it gives me hopes they are both town.

I think you do try to bring in analysis and point to some directions early on, more from discussing what to do with the mechanics than what to do with the players when it's starting. In this game, not addressing the hinting thing when you had a resolved opinion on it was something that looked off to me, prolly along with the smaller engagement that others are commenting on. But again, it wouldn't be the first time I get wary of the first posts, so nowadays I act less on those.


Going thru some real analysis paralysis right now... my mental juice is so gone, can't wait to be done with this post grad tomorrow...
