Discussion Traumerei counters the shiny beings

How can it not matter? If attacks from shineuh are sent back at shineuh then hope reversal is a non issue as there's no limit to how much traumerie can heal them. if attacks get sent back at traumerei then he has to deal with that and mago's attacks. Hope reversal being effective means you are basically shut down during a fight.

Cause all creatures has no relevance in a top tier fight so Mago can pretty much bathe in it for ages if she wants.

Because Traumerei's Shinheuhs can't injure her and they are pretty much useless against any opponent who is able to fight a FH. The Shinheuhs become useless and she can attack all she wants.

I'd argue all creature could at least be annoying to mago. But yeah, it's not something I would expect would win the fight for traumerei. From there we saw that vanquish started to be effective against gustang once traumerei recalled it and wielded it as a weapon. Then you have valhalla which gustang dealt with by having traumerei accidentally hit with disconnect however it was undeniably a difficult thing to fight. And then of course malice was just crazy. IF shineuh attacks aren't reflected back at traumerie I don't see any particular reason for this to be an easy fight for mago.

Light removes the power of Darkness too if it shines, and I still do not know where Traumerei's power of Darkness comes from for Traumerei because the Darkness that temporarily suppressed Light was the very Tower itself working against Urek.

The Shinies once again do not have any problems with Darkness, they're corrupted and empowered by it's nature.

Shiny beings still operate using light powers, not darkness so yes, this does affect them.

Traumerei made the shinsoo pitch black when he first appeared in the Nest.

It.....doesn't, else they wouldn't be able to survive inside the Tower.

Traumerei turning the shinsoo pitch black is pointless, the color black isn't their weakness, this ain't a Green lantern situation with that joke of a comic where the color yellow was his weakness.

The Shinies aren't weakened by the Tower or affected by the Darkness of it, it's still only just Urek.

I wasn’t talking about their survival but even Urek’s self generated light is suppressed inside the tower. For Shiny Ones, the artificial light produced by shinsoo is probably their power source.

Using Hunos who was a summon doesn't really work. Shinies are living beings. Aubryon lacks feats but should be even stronger than the Goth Mago we have seen since he is at full power.

Eduan has Marlin Gigante and God of Lightning Mode to deal with Reversal, Traumerei has nothing. Physically he is also inferior obviously. Eduan is one of the best at CQC.

His summons are real living things. From that sword fish to his family. The point was that Traumerei has the ability to destroy even actual elements from outside of the tower that has nothing to do with shinsoo.

Looking across a few translations, what urek says is something like "looks like light manages to break through even in a dark place like this" and credits this to his strength returning. I feel like there's a pretty big jump between a place being dark and a place of darkness. Assuming we can even know what this means at this point.

Mago needed Urek’s light source to power her gem box (her main fighting ability) and I’m under the assumption even the shinsoo artificial light can help a little. After all, shinsoo mimics the actual things.

Theoretically, Gustang can do a lot with his writings. Theoretically...

He is still nowhere as good as Eduan in CQC.

Tiara transformed into a real dragon, so what's stopping Gustang from transforming into anything he wants? He could turn into a God of Lightning, a Sun God, or........ he has so many possibilities to excel in close-quarters combat, except SIU nerfed him again.
