From my understanding, Garam couldn't complete Floor 3 because that city still exists. Baekryun is a resident there, which means he didn't climb the tower further.

Leicester city is a city full of people that decided to avoid climbing the tower after 2F trauma.

So Baekryun and Garam might be 3F regular.

So you have 2nd floor trauma and 20th floor trauma. This Tower just full of trauma.

Chapter 50 Summary part 1 by Lightprayer

-Chapter starts where last ended. Mago/Princess starts running away and Garam fires her gun, but Urek catches the shot with his hand.
Urek starts chasing after Mago and tells Garam that if she must kill her, she should kill the one on the inside (Mago) and not the one on the outside (nameless princess), leaving Garam confused.
While he's going after Mago, Urek thinks there's another enemy in their lodgings, so he can't help but turn back and go save his companions. Urek then flies back to the house, surprising Garam because he can fly.
-Crab guy enters Rohan's room while he's sleeping and prepares to kill him, but Urek appears behind him and breaks his weapon.
Crab dude then escapes through the window and regroups with Garam, then they retreat while Urek watches them.
-Floor 3 - Leicester city (where Garam is currently staying)
Garam is talking with crab guy about Urek's crazy power and says she gotta kill her targets like she was orderered if she wants to climb the Tower. She's sulking because she thought her time had finally come, and then wonders why she was ordered to kill the regulars too on top of the nameless princess.
Urek opens the window of her room and answers her, saying it's probably to silence them about the events on Floor 2.
Urek excuses himself into a shocked Garam's room. Garam points her gun against Urek and says she has to kill him. Urek tells Garam she can try, but then she will have to listen to him if she can't kill him.
-Next panel Garam has been tied up with her own bedsheets (lol)
Urek asks Garam why she has to kill the nameless princess and what did she do wrong. Garam replies she doesn't know either, the only thing she was told is that there was a high chance she would enter the Tower and that after Garam killed her, she could have climbed the Tower.
Garam says she's been stuck here on Floor 3 for 150 years and at this rate she won't even be able to climb the Tower before she dies of old age!

She is confirmed to be Anne. No princess will be given those much preference if she was never special. The fact that she has just started climbing yet the king wants her to die tells something even before she climbed the tower is enough proof. We also know Anne and Garam are connected. There's also a loophole as to why Garam would go to place where Anne was sealed why would she tell her about Arlene and all the facades. This spin off is obvious proof to show that SIU is building relationship between Garam and Anne.

and this floor is also hijacked by latour 100% like previously it was hijacked by two shinies i.e mago and aubrion ,

Honestly, this is turning a bit too absurd for my taste, Garam sees Urek accomplish above Ranker lvl feats as a F3 Regular and her reaction is basically "oh wow....let me try again maybe ?" lol what is that
