Imagine if Zahard using Garam as honey trap for Urek ends up being true...

As I said before we really need to know how much time passed between Phanta's arrival here and Urek's entrance. Centuries might have passed before Urek's awakening.

It's possible Garam was waiting there before Nameless became the princess. The one who ordered Garam to do this wasn't even sure when Nameless would appear.

Princesses are all chosen very young though. Any of them getting selected is only a matter of time.

NGL, Baek's eyes exude a majestic aura. You can tell he's destined for the top. He appears to be very smart already. He might be the tower's smartest genius, even surpassing Gustang's intellect. But we'll see in due course.

It might be a distraction, but based on the panels, it seems Baekryun is the son of Floor Ruler (?), the person the test supervisor was talking to.

Exactly, it's nothing. But more than enough for her to have received Zahard's power. When Garam was selected Nameless was most likely a Princess.

I think they are trying to cover up his presence with a fake death but the illegitimate child is also a possibility.

Btw This hasn't been discussed on this forum so far

But many people on discord and reddit are thinking that the term "Axis" has been retconned. Basically that they aren't reality warpers or authors anymore. Aubrion used the wording "created by the needs of this world" when refering to axis/urek/phanta. In the old lore Axis are beings that are not born but rather self made. In spin off They are explained as just very powerful beings made to serve a specific need for the universe.
I personally agree with this take.
Arguments supporting this are
1.) Urek hasn't been able to get out of tower for thousands and thousands of years. Someone with reality manipulation should have been able to
2.) It was never explained what an axis in the spin off. So Thier reality warper ability is basically just people's head cannon as of rn

Just because Urek may have been borne into existence by the “world” it doesn’t mean he’s an axis.

The term “Axis” still fits extremely well, as they’re essentially domain battles. Ie an axis of a dimensional plane, the axes that when transformed create a domain. Think Baam’s thorn application vs Hell Joe. That’s a microcosm of an Axis.

As for Urek, Shinies seem to have reality warping powers but no domain. Maybe Urek is a Point.

The nameless princess doesn't lack a soul, her soul is empty hence it being more special than simply lacking a soul like a machine or a construct.
