The last news we heard about Zahard was that he locked himself into the trash can. We can't be sure If the Zahard sitting on the throne is actually Zahard or only a part of him. I mean, Flux was literally known for creating illusions in the blogposts.

Well, zahard did act directly when bam get the second thorn at the hidden floor through shinsoo he left there. Though i suppose he could have had good reception at the dump. The zahard we saw at the golden throne thing did seem to have a much different disposition than the regular zahard. I wouldn't expect the actual zahard to be completely absent from the kingdom but anything is possible.

No issue, Administrators's power over shinsu is greater than an Irregular. Baam could only use shinsu there because Blue Thryssa was in the Thorn.

We know the Thorn is an empty vessel that needs a soul in it to use it's power like a Ignition Weapon. Blue Thryssa is what's in the first Thorn Fragment, Red is in the second.

I don't think that's how it works. The users themselves become the "soul". Baam got the BT by accident while climbing remember. Horyang for example shouldn't have an entity inside him.

Baam didn't get Blue Thryssa by accident, it was put into him on the 2nd Floor, so he could ignite the Thorn.

Horyang has a demon, which is highly likely to be yet another Admin fragment, like the thyrssas or the demon that spoke to White.
