Yeah, saw that earlier today. Some adjustments, bug fixes and UI overhaul cited as reasons, apparently, after beta feedback from players.

No promises but I will probably look into it once it has released. It is free to play after all. The gacha stuff tho...
Anyway. It is an independent story and will have its own continuity. It can probably not be considered canon, maybe semi-canon at best. In terms of gameplay I have seen some stuff already from the beta and some characters look really fun and have cool abilities (Guila <3)

Even then we probably won't get an in-depth explanation of what it actually does and it will probably just look like an energy blast. The game looks visually really good but it is still no high fidelity game that is going to blast your optic nerves out of your skull. I wouldn't expect too much info from this game that also pertains to the actual lore and canonicity of the manga.

The producers of the game already confirmed that Chaos (the entity) itself is set to appear in the game, and they confirmed that some characters and new races will make their debut in the game before they appear in the manga.

Yup, I still remember reading that on the Game's Discord page. In the game, there is an ancient race called "Dracos" and they originated from an entity called the Evil (Elder) Dragon ... I believe Zalpa did mention in the manga something about a similar Dragon entity too.

Yes, I'm aware. Most characters appear in the timeline of when Tristan was a kid but due to time shenanigans characters from the past also are summoned back to life and so on. Probably has to do with that book of stars or whatever.

By the way, no one has noticed that Tristan (13 years old) here has only 2, small wings. It's probably the first time he grew them.
This actually proves that GC members aren't born with a fixed number of wings, and that the number and size of their wings can change as they get stronger.
I am pretty sure the same applies to Ysaie. Yes he's 22 and still has 2 small wings, but he could just be a late bloomer after all.

How is Tristan in the game? Wasn't Tristan even younger when he defeated Vivian? He was able to fly back then. Considering his lineage Ysaie might not count as a Goddess TBH.

Tristan is also a special case so I wouldn't say he can be used as example. Kid Mael had four wings.

As far as I know, kid Tristan in the game still can't fly cuz he has no wings.
Well, Ysaie is more like half-Nephilim, I get that. But I still think that once he gets a power-up, it will mostly be reflected in the number and size of his wings, given the fact that "wings" are his principal motif (armor and helmet).
