WEEKLY SHONEN JUMP THREAD RULES​

#5. Don't post news about series from other magazine or publishers in the WSJ thread, post in the series own thread, but it's fine if you're mentioning other series or magazine to express a opinion or reflection about Shonen Jump.
#6. Any tweet, specially japanese, about news, update or some interesting thing about the magazine or series has to come with a text of what that tweet means and also be on topic, if not it's going to be either deleted or i will edit the post.
#7. Refrain from self advertising or advertising Youtubers videos in the comments.
#8. Constant fanart posts just for the sake of praising a favorite series is prohibited, this rule doesn't apply for official art by Jump artists posted on social media, they're fine to post.
#9. Don't discuss or hype chapter spoilers before Sunday release, only comment if is related to a series surviving status and do it only inside the spoiler tag.
#10. Regarding rule #9, an exception will be made for when we have new series, in this case, spoilers will be allowed only for the first 3 chapters of a new series for the users who are interested in knowing informations and details about the new series, these spoilers will obviously be kept under tags to protect anyone that doesn't want to be spoiled, so don't worry about it.

Jesus, one night of sleep and the thread becomes a mess of JJK discussion and a line of deleted comments between Stivie & Wyldviolet.

But first of all, there's no "witch hunt" going on with Stivie, monstera11 posted a thread of Reddit where the person sound 101% like Stivie and literally mentioned the Forum by name which makes it ok to post and i simply answered with surprise and mentioned what people there were talking about the person, that's it, there was no malicious intent behind it, if there was a "witch hunt" going on you guys wouldnt see Stivie overly repetitive comments about Kill Blue or how Roku is a failure because there's no "scary stuff", Stivie has as much freedom as anybody here unless he breaks a rule of course, as mentioned by a deleted comment we had a example of former Mod engaging in a real witch hunt against a member which actually got him in hot waters with the Administration.

Second, about the Jujutsu Kaisen discussion, i think we had enough of these right? Lets stop from here, at least in this thread.

Yeah... i was a bit shocked about the reactions because I had nothing against stivie and the topic he posted was very harmless. It was not like i posted something as bad as saying he browsed porn or what . Anyway, topic is over. I deleted that post almost immediately ey.

Jesus Christ, the first volume of "One Piece Chopper's" which is just a compilation of 1 page cute comics of Chopper doing stuff in real life from Twitter sold 282k copies in just f@cking 4 days! It sold more than the last Spy x Family volume with 3 days (224k)

Still, feels a bit weird for it to be already confirmed, now i wonder, will get a cover for the 2nd anniversary? Will get a anime announcement in the final chapter like Kill Blue?

I haven’t caught up with Himaten in a month or two has there been any moment that feels like Tenichi would have romantic feelings for Himari other than complicated feelings about their relationship? It always bothered me Himari’s name is in the title so you know they’ll end up together but the romantic relationship between them has felt kind of shallow especially with the kind of development they’ve given Hono

Kind of sad that Hima-Ten! is nearing its end, but tbh I'm not too surprised given the last few chapters. At least it means it won't be dragged out like Nisekoi was.
Just sad that Kanna didn't have more of a shot.
Hope he'll take influence from his old art-style for his next series. Would be kickass for a battle manga.

At the end of the chapter Tenichi literally says that his feelings for Hono are clear romantic love while what he feels for Himari is completely different, so I wouldn't put that much weight on the title alone.

I do wonder what Gege has planned next: if he’ll continue doing JJK stuff (only thing I can think of is a sukuna or kenjaku prequel or like a short story on Africa with yuta ) or if he’ll do a completely new series (didnt he say that he wanted to do a fashion manga)

I hope Tenichi realizes that with different partners presents different types of "love", and that it doesn't mean either is "true love", but just "love". Himari is just a better fit for him than Kanai imo.

Not too shocked about himaten. It did kind of feel like it was dragging on. The romance genre kind of has a shelf life in terms of new interesting things to do, especially school based ones.
I’m not a big fan of romance manga so hopefully Ono comes back to his sports roots or does an action adventure. He has massively improved his art which will help
