Yeah but Urek would have to be slow to not notice Hell Joe has npc energy while Baek has main character energy. Baek can handle a Thryssa power and be chill hell joe can't.

Baek may be a better candidate and infinitely so, but I think Baek is satisfied as what he is already.

I wonder how the flow of time feels to Urek, we already got the answer and I think this is one of the things separating him from the Great warrior.

The Great warriors are mortal, this is their fate, they were born as such and they're not truly built to be like immortal beings but they asked the Admins for this gift after gaining all that power and being too afraid to turn back or lose it.

There's other factors pertaining to why they're so evil of course, but immortality is always a major thing.


Urek is built to survive Immortality from the get-go, he doesn't suffer from it or the experiences that comes with it as the ages go by, he's already built to survive all of it.

Chapter 66 summary part 1

-Urek asks since when did the shining ones joined hands with Delamode
Latour replies it was while they got away with him from the floating ship, but says they also got betrayed by him. Delamode told them to wait here because this is a well and Mago was interested so they cooperated.
Urek says they shouldn't interfere with things and he was going to kill Delamode if he started acting suspiciously after the wedding.
Urek says he had doubts on Delamode's sincerity from the start, but it turns out not all of it was a lie.
Flasback to Baek telling Delamode's love is sincere, but it's so sincere it's also dangerous.
Urek says he held a fake wedding for him and if Delamode revealed his true intentions at the cerimony he could gain a justification to kill him and pass the test.
Latour asks Urek if he needs justification to kill people, Urek says he doesn't, ordinary humans need that sort of comfort, though beings like him and the shining ones wouldn't know anything about it.
Urek creates a sphere of light and the water around them starts getting sucked into it.
Urek tells Latour and Aubrion to scram and we see a big explosion at the base of the building
-We go back to the real well. Ari Bolt is watching and says Baek should show again the power he showed at the exam.
Baek is angry at Delamode for betraying them and says Delamode will have to die now.
Delamode says it's ok, he looks at the floor lights and is sad his destiny with Marie was out of reach. Delamode says he's sorry and as promised, his life is theirs. Delamode blasts his chest with shinsoo while Marie shouts for him to stop.
Delamode falls into the pool and while dying wonders what the unknown being in the darkness is waiting for and why.
Baek's crescent moon forms in the pool around Delamode's body, with Ari Bolt's safisfaction.
A creature comes out of the well. Mago wonders if it's the snake's main body the princess talked about, but the Nameless princess says no, this is not a snake

FUG can create a thing that can be used to take ppls shinsoo yet they have never used it ?

Urek is such a funny guy in that he talks big about Latour and what a threat he is blah blah blah at first which is warranted because the guy really IS that friggin strong and then you get that yeah, it's never always in comparison to himself.

He really did mean it when he called Latour a weakling in the end as a 2 V 1 doesn't mean shit, same thing with Edhuan too which FH wanker bro's were trying to cope about.

Escalating threat levels with Urek is expected ngl, I'm just so curious on where Mago is supposed to finally stand whenever it comes time for finally her to be dealt with as the major antagonist.

Will she get even more amps past her eventual Prime?

And is Urek gonna come out much weaker as a way to balance the rest of his climb after and to this time also.
