#7. Refrain from self advertising or advertising Youtubers videos in the comments.
#8. Constant fanart posts just for the sake of praising a favorite series is prohibited, this rule doesn't apply for official art by Jump artists posted on social media, they're fine to post.
#9. Don't discuss or hype chapter spoilers before Sunday release, only comment if is related to a series surviving status and do it only inside the spoiler tag.
#10. Regarding rule #9, an exception will be made for when we have new series, in this case, spoilers will be allowed only for the first 3 chapters of a new series for the users who are interested in knowing informations and details about the new series, these spoilers will obviously be kept under tags to protect anyone that doesn't want to be spoiled, so don't worry about it.

This situation is tricky. BECAUSE it is undeniable that this increases WSJ's sales. And all the news coverage and viral posts are free advertisements.

This is why some companies or people purposely creates exclusivity and scalping situation. The CJ hendry flowers are one example. It is by design.

If they actually cares about stopping scalping, you know what they could have done? Make the cards be available by application only, and limit the card to one or two per address. This is how some retailers does it (e.g. a customer cannot order multiple stuff to one address). There are very easy solutions, and Shueisha do have experiences in handling it (it is not the 1st time they release merch by lottery or by application only). But they CHOOSE not to. Why? They want the increased WSJ sales. Simple as that.

I bring up the popularity polls again. Those are by design to increase manga and magazine sales. Whenever popularity polls happen for certain big titles, the aftermarket is absolutely flooded with a lot of the specific manga vol containing the voting slip (people literally buy it just for the voting slips). Foreigners who do not follow the aftermarket closely wrongly assumed this is not new. When in fact this has been happening for ages.

I would guess at Sakamoto Days lasting one more round after the current one. Witch Watch possibly ending alongside it if it doesn't return to episodic gag content before wrapping up.

What are your guys' hopes for the next batch?
I wouldn't mind a more rookie-centric batch that finally has a GFC winner make their long-awaited debut.

A new romcom for sure, that feels like a given after the two long running ones ending.

Otherwise I think it'll either just be new battle shounen, or something a little unique. They've had a couple new gag series and a couple new sports series just start recently which all have gotten colours (so won't be ending this soon), so there's nothing especially lacking right now besides romance.

It will be weird not reading Blue Box every week after it being the romance staple of the magazine for the almost this whole decade. On balance, I think the series was best pre-confession, and also had lots of character highlights up until Chinatsu graduated. I can see why the series kept going beyond that, but the final third was a lot of circling the drain, overlong stretches of not super interesting things to focus on, and rehashing emotions and developments that could have been tied up in a more concise (and successful) way if it was shorter. I think Kouji Miura just really liked working on the series and didn't feel like saying goodbye yet, and based on her tweet I also wouldn't be surprised if she's back within 1-2 years.

I'm actually really really enjoying Cannon Master a lot. Despite the first chapter being too exposition heavy for my liking I think it's made a lot of good decisions, like not having Ur be the main character, landing the battle shonen humour that I often just ignore because it's never funny, delivering on fight choreography that flows like butter and has a decent enough balance of logic amidst the big explosions, showcasing some excellent scenery design which adds to the world, and now this latest chapter I felt introduced a bunch of new characters that all had distinct designs and their interactions all feel natural rather than rushed or forced. The fact that I'm liking it a lot already has me worried that I will be made to suffer.

Hal Formula still feels like it's building up to a big volume 1 ender as a cliffhanger. Animal Signal is still cute - a pleasant read that I forget exists in the magazine after I finish it.

Hunter x Hunter is delivering that I need it to, and with the pace Togashi is going we may actually get an uninterrupted 20 chapter batch. Or worse case scenario just a shorter wait that aligns with other batches and serialisations upcoming.

I'm still banking on Bleach returning for #36/37 to line up with its anniversaries (of the original series in 2001 and the Hell one-shot in 2021). If it's a batch of two then a romcom is the best thing they should push, so I'd hope it's Signal All Red. If there's anymore in the batch then any of my original picks at the start of the year but I really need Mujina Muji and Natsuki Osonoe to get their serialisations soon. Have a strong feeling about Shou Fukamori as well.

It can, but I would say it's more likely for it to last at least another batch. Nagumo showing up again means at least a few chapters until Sakamoto fully comes back (again).

I'm still banking on Bleach returning for #36/37 to line up with its anniversaries (of the original series in 2001 and the Hell one-shot in 2021). If it's a batch of two then a romcom is the best thing they should push, so I'd hope it's Signal All Red. If there's anymore in the batch then any of my original picks at the start of the year but I really need Mujina Muji and Natsuki Osonoe to get their serialisations soon. I heard that Kagetora Tono was an assistant to Genki Ono on Hima-ten & now that it's over, we might be seeing them tune up for a serialization in the near future, probably sometime next year.

It's starting quite late into the season and there's not a lot of content to adapt, so I'm wondering if it'll perhaps be just 10 episodes or so.

There's an ongoing annoying fight on twitter between a leak claiming that the final cour is 10 episodes, but there being lack of clarity whether that includes or excludes the 3 episodes released as the promo film. Either it's 10 or 13 episodes by the looks of it. Given the later start date, I'd assume the former (which is pissing off some Bleach fans because it doesn't fit their vision).

Hmm, Kagurabachi returning in 13 days would mean #35 but since it still in the flashback arc and it's not anniversary yet i really doubt it would be getting a cover & lead.
