I think it could be round 2 with hybrid loki and luffy vs Imu - and it dont think Imu himself would call anyone now from Marygeoise - after all - as Sommers said - He is the principal battle power - he is the boss , ans we alredy saw that he is enough to deal with anyone

It is cause im one of those..that Din't care a D**k if he is the Main char.. im hoping for a beating so BRUTAL...that for once- he stopped fooling around like the road runner in G5 and becomes entirely serious with it...i was hoping such beatdown if it happen could change it..but it seems i might be wrong...and Oda's might decide he is goin to deal with Imu's as a Looney Toon - the whole time..-- so it will be interesting to know..EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED at the end.. when he was supposedly pierced,,in such cruel ,cold and homicidal way by Imu's-- maybe some future sight like exactly what happened against Mihawk on MARINEFORD

if this "Round 2" Refers to Luffy... i can image - he somehow deal away with the sword stab by Imu's and it will continue as if nothing happened, like a Looney toon against Imu's

i have been thinking exactly that since we saw the other sword turning into a little thing human head shaped.
My smoked theory is that Imu loved joy boy so much that he made a deal with the evil so he could keep him alive forever inside him

It would be a very common trope, not totally surprising

Even if luffy does get a comeback then the most likely scenario is that any hope of victory will be due to zoro and sanji. If they kill sommers and killingham then odds are imu will be hurt. The pirate king needs his wings to win this one.

to bad a hint cannot be truth. Nika taking over? many would not like that, BUT, it would make sense. Remember its a MYTHICAL ZOAN fruit. And they DID SAY, that awakening risks losing themselves to it. If anything, Imu should have a harder time dealing with the power of Nika then just Luffy and Luffy wont liek that someone interferes. However, I have a hard time buying that hint. Only cause its to good to be true. Anything that is to good to be true is rare in one piece nowadays. Luffy dont need to win against Imu (although he wont like it if he dont) only sanji and zoro need to.

We kind had a teaser during Luffy vs. Kaido, however this was not possible because the fruit had not awakened by then. Now that Luffy Gear 5 is under Nika’s influence this could become the case. Oda probably planned something bigger from this than just the limitation to the simple introduction of the concept with Impel Down Zoans. Also, Nika being a humanoid God its awakened zoan spirit should be able to speak and interact strongly with characters unlike for the Impel Down zoan spirit.

While gaban should be close at his age recovering fast enough to fight against imu is quite something. TBH i would have expected him to show up at sanji's fight and give sanji a lesson. Then against gaban almost definitely does not know killing knights might hurt imu. Looks like we might find out more about gaban's ability.

I feel like both Sanji and Zoro need to have their time to shine on their own against their opponents and with Luffy and Loki currently incapacitated Scopper is really the only one who can step in.

Kind of feel like he deserves a Rayleigh stepping in to save the day against Kizaru type moment too, so it all works out nicely in my book. I would have really loved to see Jimbei step up though.

Dude has basically just been turned into a commentator at this point. He’s easily stronger than anyone not on the monster trio and arguably comparable to Sanji and Zoro, but he just never gets to do anything. Feels like it would have been a better move to just make him part of the Grand Fleet, because Oda doesn’t seem to know how to fit him into anything.

im leaning this way. weird to imagine the goal being to actually kill the enemy though. i assume oda's going to have them 'knocked out' to solve the situation but with the stakes this insanely high it feels silly for the narrative to leave sommers and killingham alive. like either sommers and killingham have to be straight up killed by zoro and sanji, or oda has to convince the reader that them being kid-friendly-KO'd is going to give the same level of damage to Imu that Harald's actual death did. Oda really can't have his audience-appropriate cake and eat it too, here.

ive assumed since he showed up and started talking about how awesome it is to be retired and have a beautiful family that gyaban is going to die this arc. i would not doubt it if that's coming up soon.
