Zahard and V were once on similar footing in their prime, but at present Zahard clearly holds the upper hand. Still, V’s presence within Baam’s body introduces an unpredictable factor that could shift the balance in ways no one can fully anticipate.

While irregulars having this much hype, i cant care about tower. It feels like a kindergarden, and SIU glazes Urek already so any discussion of having him meaningfully fight someone is lost, too.
I seriously wonder how SIU will make Tower of God relevant, and we may not even get S4 until 2028 if things go as they do...

Exactly, and it is actually fun to be able to binge this. A lot of cool lore drops for the main ToG.

I have Post King contract zahard >= Prime V > Pre contract Zahard

But yeah unless zahard is given semi axis powers or temporary axis level power somehow, he will become a fraud. Even shining ones technically have more potential than him given with time they most likely could achieve top tier level shinsu and combining them with their unique powers should make them much stronger than zahard.

The main story we are following isn't about the Irregulars. The events that we have seen only make it clear that Irregulars are beyond the Towerborns and that's it. Gustang is the only FH who was trying to shake things up.

Though I am not sure how Urek is nerfed as he dismantles formidable shining ones using Shinsoo, too, and he generates his own light so it is just some time he is even more powerful than outside.

Tbf Fh's were never meant to be stronger then urek even in original plotline.

Zahard was the only exception.

V was potentially one too but then he answered the question in the very next chapter - "I am not sure I could have beaten him even I were in my prime".
Now that's he is in Baam's body - things may change

The Tower is portrayed as a dark, enclosed space that allows only minimal light from the outside. While Urek can generate his own light, it still feels like the Tower restricts him. If it didn’t, there would be no valid excuse for why he hasn’t managed to find a way out — none at all.

Couple of ideas which could make zahard comparable though most of them maybe farfetched.

1. Maybe there is a central source in the tower and zahard can use it to some extent and attain axis powers for some time.
2. He has some kind of overpowered weapon like the thorn using which he can reach axis tier power.
3. Multiple contracts from admins though its unlikely as an axis >> admins.
4. Some kind of entity like the demon inside him which has its own powers outside of shinsu like urek has his light powers.
5. Some kind of hax like fate control which make him as dangerous as an axis.

The power-up I want for Zahard is that he can somehow use the powers of the Admin on the 134th floor, but with the limitation that he can only use those powers on that floor.

Yes, I think Urek in his nerfed state inside the Tower is slightly above or equal to the current Zahard. I just don’t like that SIU made him an Axis and then had to weaken him in order to keep the two comparable.

I think people should drop the axis wank in general.

They obviously aren't some reality warpers like they were in TUS (which itself is not canon anymore).

If they were - then Phanta would just erase the tower instead of using SO's. And urek would be able to get outside the tower.

The fact that urek (an axis) can't get out of the tower but enryu can enter and leave at will (atleast as it stands of now) should tell u everything one needs to know.

They might be some special beings but I don't think hyping them up like this is good.


Btw There are more parallels b/w Urek and V then urek and Z.

Siu made cheongum say "It looks like he has wings" for urek ; The same thing was said for V by traum in flashback.

Btw in Tower of god game (New world) - There is a quote for V's character "We can't remain trapped in a fishbowl forever! " highly implying his original goal was to get outside the tower like urek.

And now we know that significant gaps exist b/w irregulars - I do expect Zahard to be considerably stronger then either urek or V

they should. They are obviously among the strongest in the verse, but it’s clear they aren’t “I can do anything” strong. Instead Ureks case, it’s all pure power.

But it’s possible shinsoo is an equalizer too.
