So by the looks of it, Zeldris no longer has "God". Makes sense. He had a better performance then I was expecting. And now it looks like Nakaba is implying Lancelot isn't fully there mentally, which was not the case just a few chapters ago...
Let's not act like the Behemoth being a continental size beast absorbing life energy would be something that could be dealt with without specific abilities, especially since we don't even know how the Demon King dealt with it the first time.
Is it? Outside of the Ruler, The Demon King was not that far beyond Meliodas and the Sins at the end of the og series, and Zeldris wasn't that far below Meliodas. Both Meliodas and Ban can be argued to fall into the same category of being "stronger" then the Demon King. It's not some far off tier no one would be capable of challenging... Lancelot being strong doesn't mean that, more then likely, others won't find a way around his abilities to counter him. It was already set up that the other KotA would be capable of doing so by Lancelot himself.Nah let be real, this chapter makes the power scaling look as bad as Fairy Tail's.
I stopped caring much about power scaling or anything of the sort at the start of this arc. But Nakaba needs to make up his mind: is Lancelot really that strong or not?
Why you hype someone making him seem stronger than the Demon King for dozens of chapters only to have him look like this in front of the guy who was helpless against the Behemoth? It really makes me wonder if Nakaba cares about narrative consistency.
If Lancelot's power level is such an issue for you, you could simply choose not to glaze him to that extent.
