#6. Any tweet, specially japanese, about news, update or some interesting thing about the magazine or series has to come with a text of what that tweet means and also be on topic, if not it's going to be either deleted or i will edit the post.
#7. Refrain from self advertising or advertising Youtubers videos in the comments.
#8. Constant fanart posts just for the sake of praising a favorite series is prohibited, this rule doesn't apply for official art by Jump artists posted on social media, they're fine to post.
#9. Don't discuss or hype chapter spoilers before Sunday release, only comment if is related to a series surviving status and do it only inside the spoiler tag.
#10. Regarding rule #9, an exception will be made for when we have new series, in this case, spoilers will be allowed only for the first 3 chapters of a new series for the users who are interested in knowing informations and details about the new series, these spoilers will obviously be kept under tags to protect anyone that doesn't want to be spoiled, so don't worry about it.

Back home and caught up on the chapters in a language I fully understand. Akane, Ichi, and Roku have been killing it recently. 2-B has also been pretty good, last week it might've made my top 5, the black flame bit was hilarious.

Superpower Battle Fantasy Club by Tatara Kyo: Ok, this was much better than i expected, i didn't check the original version of the one shot so i didn't knew what to expect and i was totally expecting either a comedy or something pretty generic and probably about exorcists/supernatural but it's not really the case, it's like a world with people having super powers and it's not a secret, something like My Hero Academia but more "lowkey", maybe something more like the mutants from X-Men.

The art aint bad at all, i would definitely prefer to not resemble Gege artstyle too much, specially when it makes the mc totally looks like Itadori Yuji but the guy can draw for sure, the few action scenes were fine too, nothing really to complain so as a whole i though he is a pretty decent artist already, maybe again, try to diferentiate yourself from Akutami Gege because the influence is too on the nose just like Iwakami Sango with Fujimoto.

So i thought it looks pretty decent, it could be turned into a serialization but i doubt it is, now the author, i do expect to see more from him in the future.

He's pretty much saying he will not accept long term projects at the moment so he will probably just stick for now with drawing illustration or character design for stuff which for me is pretty much a waste of his talent

Obviously this doesn't mean he can't just comeback to WSJ when he gets interested in a project, but man, why Shueisha be wasting these talents, him going to WSM drawing a ecchi or romcom would move mountains

Edit: Saw in the comments Saeki saying his exclusive contract was with Weekly Shonen Jump, not Shueisha.
