well, that's the most obvious thing, because the enemies(or everyone) stop their respective attacks when a character goes into flashback mode.

it means everyone's watching.

it's also a great way to add in dialogue that they thought of, but never really knew where to put.

But overall, I liked the RK anime and OVA over the manga. How bout for you guys? Any anime that you thought was better than the manga? Oh, I have another one. I think HxH did a very good job, and compared to the art of the manga, I choose the anime.

yeah i really love the tomoe series, that was immensely dramatic, i nearly cried at the end, kenshin's death

and the manga of suzumiya is not really... ah it sucks, why the hell did they all became midgets. "to appeal to the younger audience" daw. see what happens. stick to the novels and anime

thats why, you said that anime is worse than shitty rpgs, and i corrected you by adding "fan dubbed" before the anime....since fan dubbed anime si 100% times shittier than normal dubbed anime.

CCS was what compelled me to seek the truth about licensed anime. When I found out that CCS was butchered, I realized for the first time that not everything on TV was the original work, and I scoured the internet (for the first time, yes- galing ng anime, napapamulat ako sa katotohanan, at napapaup-to-date with technology, ironically) and found out about censorship and stuff like that. I also realized the existence of manga then.

mine was Voltes 5. ever since i saw it as a kid i kept on looking for other mecha anime and eventually stumbled on Combattler V, Gettarobo, Macross/Robotech, Daimos, Voltron (the one with lions, and the one with the terraforming vehicles), Gundam, and last but not least: Evangelion.
