let's talk about sisig

would you agree that no two sisig are the same? and what's the best sisig you ever ate? i believe every sisig is different, and has a unique taste. and the best i ate is on a small eating station outside school, soft, spicy, buttery, and with lots of onions

The best one I had is from this store near ULTRA in Pasig called Aysee. Served in a sizling platter, mildly spicy, just enough onions, had egg cooking with it and dash of hot sauce. Mmmmm...

did you hear that news about the pioneer of sisig was found murdered in her house one evening? And the irony of it was

BTW, best sisig I had was at Gilligans in Glorietta. Crunchy, creamy sisg! Best with Ice cold beer. But the price ~Augh!~
