I'm personally a believer of Obito- Tobi. For one, we've got Madara's Mangekyou Sharingan Ability of Self warping. Whilst Kakashi has the Mangekyou Sharingan ability of teleporting other things/objects. As sasuke pointed out his right sharingan and left sharingan have differentl effects.

The sharingan allows a user to use the Chidori effectively. Minato told Kakashi that Chidori would get him killed because it leaves him open to counter attack at the speed that chidori attacks. It wasn't until Kakashi obtained Obito's sharingan that he was able to use Chidori effectively.
