Noon Escanor...no wonder Estarossa is shitting bricks. They both have to have been battling it out for a few hours for it to be noon already. Either way Estarossa and the rest are screwed unless they pull off some miracle.

Well it's not entirely pride. If his comrades were under attack then he'd go out of his way to protect them. His underestimation of the demons is what his weakness is right now. Escanor wasn't serious against Esta anyway.

Cool chapter. Nice to see the sins kick back and have fun for once. Best part was Escanor getting heated up over Merlin lol.

True demons will stoop that low but Estarossa seems to prideful for that. From what we've seen from him he is similar to Escanor in the sense that he's a prideful being. I also can't see Escanor breaking mentally so easily or even letting that happen in fact he'd probably sacrifice himself if...

Escanor looked like he was just letting Estarossa punch like he was testing him. How would Estarossa be able to deceive him?.

Did you read last weeks chapter?.

Because he was converted by Liz in the past and it depleted his power. The demon king referred to Mel as the mightiest demon last chapter.

When was that ever stated?. It was made pretty clear that in the past Meliodas had the strength to rival the demon king.

This fight will end next chapter. Escanor just knows how to make every fight awesome and neither side looks like they'll be giving up at any point. Escanor's Fire and Charge should do the job.

Escanor just needs more screen time.

The fight will come down to who has the most powerful magic currently. Escanor is probably nowhere near his peak yet and it would be BS if he lost in a magic battle. The commandments will do to Escanor what they did with Mel most likely but i can't imagine Estarossa will want any of that. The...

Currently in purgatory.

A brawl can only last so long. Estarossa is a beast and is incredibly powerful to be able to rival Escanor in strength. It would be a bit too ridiculous for him to be able to continually damage Escanor like that. Full counter has to be an ability that is passed down and then taught to Esta and Zel.

That and it depends on the time of day. Escanor probably only has a few hours left and Gray Lord can use magic to incapacitate him. Though in a straight on fight Escanor shouldn't have a lot of trouble.

The only way Escanor is losing this is if he find out about Merlin from the demons and then falls for Estarossa's commandment.
