The impression I got from Yabuki's past words was that he still had a lot of ideas for the series. It's very difficult for me to imagine this being an arc climax because we pretty much just started a new one with Suzu. Could be that the main genderbender plotline finally gets resolved for good...

Why the smiley? Why is it that you repeatedly seem to display some type of glee at anything that could be vaguely be interpreted as negative for BC? It's quite peculiar. The time to get over BC not being axed was years ago, unless perhaps you're still holding out hope for a pyrrhic victory lap...

Is it true that Shinigami Taguchi (editor of Red Hood, Sam8) is assigned to Earthchild? If so then perhaps after being told RH's early hamlet chapters were too slow and drawn out, then he's gone in the complete opposite direction now with Earthchild?

All these low ranking BC chapters are from the same fight. If it continues past that, that's when I'd be more alarmed. Also keep in mind that the MC wasn't present at all for these chapters

Lots of good colour pages as of late. Ayakashi Triangle gets bonus points for being Halloween themed

Red Hood continuing to wink and break the fourth wall just takes me out of it. It would be one thing if there were just one character doing it. Or if it had been that way from the very beginning. But no, seems like ever since the news of the poor rankings and likely axe came in, we've been...

As much as as I hope you're right, I don't think that we've seen a recent series claw their way out of dead last place even when they've finally moved past the supposedly slow/bad start. First impressions are crucial. So while i guess it is possible for RH to get a "finally out of the hamlet"...

Yayoi not ranking well in that poll is a crime

it has a few interesting obstacles -obviously the premise that it's about music in a medium without sound -the vibrant colours stand out here but that likely won't be conveyed as well in the regular chapters -the strange anatomy and designs (see: the guy with a crown-shaped hairline/fringe below...

I'm a big BC fan as well, but I wouldn't be surprised if Tabata goes against his previous comments about making it super long. (due to fatigue, wanting to spend more time with family, etc) My current expectation would be more one more big multi-arc 'saga' after this one. It'd certainly be a...

The biggest surprise is Gauche being that much ahead of Yami considering how Gauche is one of the most controversial/hated characters by western audiences whereas Yami is practically universally liked. My opinion poll went on too long and after the initial preview results were posted a lot of...

RIP Candy Flurry Red Hood and Neru's placements again are beginning to be cause for concern. The extra RH hamlet chapters weren't well received, and while you could say that things are better since they left, the question is if the hole is too deep to climb back out of. I thought Candy improved...

Wishing Tabata all the best A few opinions with regards to last issue: Blue Box not depicting the actual gymnastics performance and Sakamoto looking to finish the gambling mini-arc had me thinking in both cases they were pivoting away from an aspect they aren't quite comfortable with at the...
