I believe that Cross Manage (which is sort of Ao no Hako-like) debuted about 4 months after its one-shot. At least according to the dates on AniList, which tend to be less reliable for older series.

- Chainsaw Man ends with less than 15 volumes (I'm guessing 12 at this rate). Anime is announced after the series ends.
