Re: One Piece 598 Spoiler Discussion Thread close, but no cigar no sir, Brooke is channeling none other than " Bootsy Collins" for his new King of Soul persona now thats funky!

Re: One Piece 598 Spoiler Discussion Thread Brooke looks more like " Bootsy Collins", or even George Collins ( the don't worry be happy guy, idk what his last name is) Google him, he's an old funk master from the 70's. Almost any gangsta rap song from 80's to 90's you can think of probably...

i like the consensu we're getting here about them just being nobility thats still being respected. but at the same time, i keep thinking theres something else to it. This is the same World Government that'll blow your island up for just knowing the name of an island from the void century...

Seriously, they have absolutely no value whatsoever. i get that they're the " decendents of the people who created the WG " or somesuch nonsense, but that doesn't explain anything. how much sense doesn't it make? oh let me count the ways... 1) they have no combat/ military strength...

wait! i know how zeff and the other cook pirates got back from the grand line without going to raftel they sent a letter ,via the unluckies, to a young zoro and asked him to tell them step by step how to get to marine-ford. zoro being zoro put them on a course that ended up somewhere 5...

hmmmmmm, thats a toughie. i'm going to say Zoro. only becuase i don't think Nami would ever officially take the responsibility. Although i do remember him saying once that if Luffy died he'd have no reason to be a pirate anymore (contrast some of his personal responsibilities to the crew that...

Re: One Piece Movie 10 in the flashback on the sunny go...was..was..was brooke smking an L?

seems to me Magellan is enjoying a similar fan support to the one Lucci got when EL was going on. Oh, and i vote Magellan. I agree with the idea that only certain logia ('cept BB, we saw how well that went) can actually stand a chance against him another 25 chapters and we'll all forget...

akainu, homeboy is about his buisness. after the overall laziness of aokiji and the (albiet scary) goofiness of kizaru its kinda awesome to see such a major contrast. i like to credit akainu with having a greater motivation than just being the marines "red dog" (although im sure oda will give...

so akainu is a logia huh? i love how all the admirals felt 0% threat from luffy and didn't even bother reacting to his jet stamp attack i understand bittmans frustration about the admirals having to suffer what we refer to in the bizz as the "worf effect" (google it) idk what oda has planned...

i agree with ziggy ninja and believe that its a variation of "Semei Kikan/Life Return" if it allows you to change your body like Kumadori says then why not have it coincide with your devil fruit? besides it stands out as a "mastery" of your fruit, so a zoan's mastery may be to do partial...

i find myself inclined to agree with bittman, however... we're talking about a setting where people may look thier age i.e. crocus, rayliegh, garp and then we have those who don't look their (assumed age, proposed age) age i.e. shakky, dr. kureha, aokiji (although his devil fruit may have...

seimei kikan is said to be a skill attained by a devout who trains on a mountain for a hundred years, gaining the abilities of a sage from the tips of his toes to the hair on his head...or somesuch nonsense said by kumadori point is, we've mostly seen seimei kikan (or atleast most likely...

i'm definitely willing to believe that Pwngoat has more to him/her that meets the eye, but for a pet that Sengoku's had since atleast the "Ohara Incident" to be the son of one of his most celebrated subordinates is a little to...out there, even for One Piece. But, then again if you had told...

Re: Could Luffy really be the antagonist? Excellent topic, first of all! Now I just have something new to add to the discussion. 1) Who are the Tenryuobito? I mean, I know that thier the decendants of the 20 kings who founded the WG. But seriously, who are they? What do they have that...
