The 出ちゃう definitely refers to ヨダレ. This is indicated by the connective particle が (ヨダレが出る 汗が出る etc are common expressions to say that one is drooling, sweating etc). It really just means that the drool is coming out (i.e. is visible). Since ヨダレ itself is just a noun meaning "drool".
