People, I need some help with theses sentences.
The greens are the ones I had trouble wording it,
The reds are the sentences I didn't know if I got the meaning right

Try to try out, depends on the context.

Excuse me, do you have a little time right now?

"Free time" is kinda redundant here, and the sentence is very polite, so better add an "excuse me" (also fits with the ちょーっと at the beginning).

2nd one is fine if s/he is speaking to someone; or if the speaker is talking to her/himself, then use "I wonder if" for のかな. What Shiratori99 suggested is fine, too.
