Well, covid is still a thing I guess. The state of emergency was only lifted for most areas under it 2 weeks ago. At this point I can only guess that there are some problems with their logistics side lately. Like they just can't send stock out fast enough or something.

There was another reprint for previous PS volumes after vol 3 came out, dated May 12th 2021. Says at the back of the books "6th printing" for vol 1 and "4th printing" for vol 2. There is certainly some demand there.
