I'm old enough to remember the last time they won the title. I'd have never thought it would take them 30 years to win the next one. Pay attention Arsenal and Man U fans. It's a slippery slope that can be almost impossible to climb back up

Lucky you. Having supported Spurs since the 80s I can tell you it's been nothing but pain and grief. I wouldn't be surprised if they did the Quadruple this year and no one could actually get into the grounds to watch

I don't know. Saturday was pretty tight despite the scoreline. Following Liverpool v Man U. I reckon Spurs could have Man U this season. Or at least not lose to them :xp

Its been a good day today. I don't know which match was better, Argentina v Nigeria(They can't keep getting drawn in the same group by accident surely) or France v Ecuador

I can't remember Tottenham ever having a six point lead over Man U.... :hee

From your keyboard to God's eyes.... :derp I thought even after strengthening the squad we'd struggle. But thank god for Moyes not being Fergie.... Have to say Rodgers has impressed.

Aah! The good old days of Spain teasing us and then getting out done just as it looked like they were going to do it :darn

That's what I get for not going into detail. He's in it just to protect the old european elite. I'd have more faith in FFP if there didn't appear to be so many loopholes and slaps on the wrist in lieu of proper punishments. AVB's whole policy around defenders is perplexing. He likes to hold...

My point being Ozil has playing at his level consistently for far longer than Bale. Whilst its a good buy it doesn't really sort out Arsenal's defensive frailties, does it?

I'm sorry? Did you see how much Real paid for Bale?

What do you expect? He didn't start supporting Arsenal until 1998. Agreed. Especailly as UEFA's co-efficient system treats a win against Barcelona or Wigan as the same. Ask Celtic who had to start qualifying even earlier this year than they did last season.

Who'd have thunk it? Liverpool and Spurs keep perfect records longer than Man U and Chelsea. Maybe this is the year we finally do the double over Man U :delerium

Not doubt. But the based on some of the crap I've had to put up with over the years *Cough*RamonVega*Cough*AnthonyGardener*Cough*GaryDoherty*Cough* I'll take it. The last time we played at Selhurst Park we lost 3-0. And Palace still got relegated that year.

Even more amazing Spurs have kept consecutive clean sheets.
