Ban on the outside, Mel from the inside. I knew IT! Ban is freaking OP, I'm amazed. He's always been the badass type but this is insane. Mel's gonna deal some serious damage here... DK might seem overwhelmed at the moment but next chapter he will turn the tables on them I'm sure.

He's still alive though. I expect a final attack with massively increased power due to Crisis soon. Maybe Chandler's subconsciousness will get mad at the DK and force the Sinner to use his remaining life force to power up an attack which will get effortlessly blocked by the DK.

I haven't though of that but it makes sense as well. If he dies he will lose his emotions so it explains why he hasn't used it before. No matter what the effect is I think it's clear that Mel's OG magic doesn't put him on par with the gods. It just has a major drawback he's trying to prevent

You guys are overthinking it. DK wanted a new body because his own is getting old. Meliodas is the strongest vessel available so he chose him.

Yeah I don't expect him to be that strong. He will play an important role because he's Mel's best friend, not because he became OP in Purgatory.
