Kyouka got smacked through an island cube and came out unscathed. That alone is enough to put her on his level or above.

All Laxus' power wasn't enough to defeat Hades or even knock him out and Tenru Laxus stronger than any demon from Tartaros besides Mard (or even with him).

Tenrou Laxus isn't one shotting Jackal, Sayla or Franmarth.

He wasn't physically powerful enough to take out Franmarth who would absorb his attacks and then him. It took LFD Natsu to take out Jackal. LFD is superior to Laxus. Sayla would simply Macro him.

LFD is not even 1\4 of Laxus' power. LFD is just Natsu himself. And Natsu not an opponent for Laxus.
To defeat Franmalt any human needs only one gun.

Tenrou Laxus isn't one shotting Jackal

Laxus oneshoted Tempesta and Tempesta stronger than Jacal.
Tartaros Laxus is not much stronger than his previous self. No fairy become too stronger than x2 times. It is not spriggan arc after huge training timeskip. Before spriggan arc were not high training.

He was taken out by

he wasn't taken out by that, he tanked it without much trouble, he took almost all his power to Natsu, tanked huge magic attack from Hades and after all that still able to move and even fight. And after battle he was in perfect condition.

While Lucy and Natsu+Happy tanked this:

Franmlat is not Hades. His attack are not comparable to Hades'. Franmalt is nothing more than demon Kein, just caricature character.
And Happy easily tanked town-lvl blow from Jacal.

Demons are really overrated. Most of them are disappointment as enemy.

Personally I find Silver above Kyoka overall. She is stronger than him only due to her hax. Well at least that's how I see it.
Why is Bluenote still in the game? He's definetly very strong, but he should be < Kyoka and Silver.

Imagine a world where Bluenote is superior to Kyôka. How could this happen guys?

Maybe I should blame myself for being too generous. I should've been the lowest scorer, just because I've always seen him as a disappointing failure compared to the Seven Kin of Purgatory. Or I should blame @Jean Grey for not voting. Yes, it's true guys, one person was needed to swap their placements.

Whatever. So what has this man to offer exactly? Gravity Magic. It basically gives him the ability to control and manipulate gravity. He can freely decrease or increase the gravity around him, which prevents opponents from having succesful frontal attacks. His magic is very strong as well, because he has shown to crush solid earth with it. That's something indeed.

But wait, there's more. He has two names spells: Fall and Black Hole. The first-mentioned canceled Fairy Glitter. The latter.. Did close to nothing. That's because Gildarts shattered it immediately. Such a shame!

Although I don't think he should be above Kyoka, I'm glad he got this far. To be honest, Bluenote could have been used so much better, especially given how cool and versatile his magic is.
