#6. Any tweet, specially japanese, about news, update or some interesting thing about the magazine or series has to come with a text of what that tweet means and also be on topic, if not it's going to be either deleted or i will edit the post.
#7. Refrain from self advertising or advertising Youtubers videos in the comments.
#8. Constant fanart posts just for the sake of praising a favorite series is prohibited, this rule doesn't apply for official art by Jump artists posted on social media, they're fine to post.
#9. Don't discuss or hype chapter spoilers before Sunday release, only comment if is related to a series surviving status and do it only inside the spoiler tag.
#10. Regarding rule #9, an exception will be made for when we have new series, in this case, spoilers will be allowed only for the first 3 chapters of a new series for the users who are interested in knowing informations and details about the new series, these spoilers will obviously be kept under tags to protect anyone that doesn't want to be spoiled, so don't worry about it.

They can just do a bunch of arcs with the premise of him going after rare books and items and finding himself in weird situations and adventures, like Fairy Tail.

A good fantasy adventure would be nice but honestly I wish it was Signal All Red. That's a guaranteed hit to me, it feels like it's pretty close to Someone Hertz meets Kaguya and that's a recipe for success in my eyes. I do hope Grey Keys is interesting, I liked the concept I just wasn't sure how they'll make it interesting without just going into generic battling territory.

A good fantasy adventure would be nice but honestly I wish it was Signal All Red. That's a guaranteed hit to me, it feels like it's pretty close to Someone Hertz meets Kaguya and that's a recipe for success in my eyes. I do hope Grey Keys is interesting, I liked the concept I just wasn't sure how they'll make it interesting without just going into generic battling territory.

Signal All Red is also the oneshot I want the most to turn into a series, but they're being weird about the GFC winners. I'm assuming their serialization prize was probably scrapped and they're being treated like everyone else.

But yeah, Grey Keys will need some chapters to show what it can do. Chapter 1 will probably just be the oneshot again, so we'll have to wait a bit more, but it's the kind of concept that is simple enough it'll be all about execution. There are no twists or gimmicks it can lean on.

Weekly Shonen Jump Issue #39 Cover: One Piece

Also, yeah i agree with others that it's strange that Numa isn't doing the art. His art is like...fantastic lol.

I remember ready Grey Keys actually! I only remember reading it and nothing about it though, sooooo. But my memory is infamously crap, soooo also that. Excited for another fantasy series though!

I feel like if anything, Grey Keys could completely overshadow Class 2B, which is already struggling to stay afloat performance wise. Grey Keys is also going to explore a demon world, but it's not restricted to a school or trying to subvert the common yuusha tropes (and it's not going to be a stealth isekai, so readers that care about "isekai slop" won't feel lied to or led on), so if Hokami has a good and unique idea for a demon world, it could intrigue people right away. It's going to be less wordy, which was one of the barriers for Class 2B (even if Gintama fans don't mind it). Unlike a successful vet, Hokami understands he doesn't have the luxury of being patient before introducing things that could make the series exciting.

It probably comes down to how good the characters are, which luckily for Hokami, he had the chance to practice his character writing with some of the most loveable characters in all of Japan with the Demon Slayer school AU spinoff. So in theory, it should be way better than Higuma's (which by the end, I still thought was fairly solid).

For what it's worth, when the Jump Future Project was relatively fresh still, I went and checked the reception on Twitter for the one shots. It wasn't a perfect methodology or anything, just checking the stats of the Jump_henshubuu tweet. Grey Keys was 3rd or 4th and after it, there was a pretty big drop off in retweets and likes, so to me at least, it seemed like the one shot was decently popular (and obviously it was popular enough since it's getting serialized).

Also it's starting on #41 which means it gets the September batch buff still.

A regular color page for Nue is not what I expected! My bet is for the cover to be in early september now. That said, I hope Kawae isn't burning himself now with this + the Poll illustrations (aka likely the cover + lcp).

Not gonna hold any hope for Animal's color to mean anything, but hey it is nice it got one.

I don’t know how long it’s been since I gave my long overdue review of all 9 one-shots from the Future Project, but on average, it’s decent. The only real stinker was Old Man Lucifer. I mean I talked with the translator for those one-shots and he agreed as that one was a pain. But even at that, I wouldn’t call it a failure.

Gray keys was fun enough, but I feel like it'll be numa's new series that will be the hit of the batch. Even ignoring the veteran bonus, we're low on rom-coms rn, with both Blue Box and Himaten ending, so as long as it has some appeal, I think it could easily run for a year.

Anyway, I haven't given up on predicting 2B's rise. It'll come any day now...

Ryo mentioned that it seems like DTTF is ending, so I feel vindicated on that, lol. I guess we're really returning to a jump where you can be axed within 6 chapters of a color page now. No safety!

Amadoro has green hair? Idk why I always thought it was pink and also I honestly thought her chin things were gonna be the same colour as her hair so they're kinda like a beard lol. It still is, but now it's a different colour.
