I thought a Series was supposed to have at least 50 chapters before an anime adaptation is considered in this modern anime landscape. I thought that publishers and such have learned not to green light an adaptation when their is not 50 chapters, Because in past when they green lit series with barely enough chapters to animate they had to do filler or anime original ending or both.

12 episode seasons have been the norm forever now, 35 monthly chapters is plenty for an anime adaptation.
