How is Wild still alive? Is he the same size as Hawk, too?
Either way, it seems Hawk isn't actually the king of Purgatory, as he hasn't conquered everything.
There are many tribes that don't submit to his authority, though he is obviously the strongest one around.
However, it's nice to know there are Purgatory creatures that can talk aside from Hawk and Wild.
I bet Nakaba is planning to give us a Purgatory arc or something; there's no way Hawk won't be involved if his mother, aka Chaos, is revealed to be the final villain , then we'd go to Purgatory to ask him about his mother and how he met her and also ask for his help as well.

I have to admit Nakaba creates some of the whackiest, most outlandishly hilarious designs I have ever seen. Everytime I look at the Lady Legs with Old Man Face Crotch I am losing it. I can't breathe LMAO
Glad to see Hawk isn't bored in Purg. He's got his own followers, he's got the clan feuds and some of his men are plotting to overthrow him in some cheesy machiavellian fashion. Peak ruler experience right there. Oh and Wild is probably a super old pig now so it's cool that Hawk treats him well and takes care of the elderly. Honestly, he has so much going on every day that he hardly has time to worry about the human world, let alone miss it much. Good for him. Good for him.

If I remember correctly, purgatory is infinite in size.
Therefore, the idea of conquering it completely is impossible for him.
He likely governs just what he can reach and control.

Damnit! I mistook Gawain for Merlin in the chapter, and now I thought it's Gawain on the column art! If it was not for the dialogue, I wouldn't know it's Merlin. Why Nakaba decided to make them indistinguishable

Important characters who are yet to appear on a volume column are:
King, Diane, and Gowther from SDS. I wonder if Escanor will ever show up there. 3 + 1
Daymond/Beltreipe of the four perils. 1

Hawk/Mild perhaps? 1
