Fabregas good ? Comedy gold there, I don't want a piece of shit like that who's not willing to make enough efforts to stay there
As for Sanchez, unfortunately he just doesn't fit with the playing style
Well he is at least better than the rest who are sitting on the bench. And with Xavi playing bad for 2 season in a row and getting past his prime I think it is a bad idea to sell a player with Fabregas ability's.
I never understood Barca's transfer policy. I mean why did they let a great player such as Yaya Toure go to Man City? Or how can they sell Ibrahimovic without buying a new striker who can fill his place?

A yeah they bought Rakitic. This player will go down in Barca like Hleb did. remember my words. Clearly Racitic is as good as Fabregas!

Seriously, Brazilian newspapers have the best headlines, two of my favorites regarding the match yesterday:

O Dia: "The nightmare continues"

Lance!: "We are all Germans"
Where did you find them? I searched for them, but didn't find. :hmm
Most of them are criticizing Felipão because of his terrible interview.

Lance! put in its cover: "Germans since a little kid." XD
I'm going to be neutral, but most of the people prefer rooting for Germany than Argentina. We prefer death than this! :arf

Enzo and Mascherano were the best by far in our team (not counting Romero), and it's almost insulting to see he got a 5.5 in Marca and Mascherano a 8.5 (and I'm sure a lot of newspapers did the same). So underrated just because he's Enzo and not Di María. He should totally play the final and, if Di María is ok, Lavezzi should go out.

Yeah, that move was weird. I wouldn't have taken out Enzo nor Higuaín unless they were super tired or something. Agüero did nothing and Palacio was ok but I would had subbed out Lavezzi instead of Enzo.

At this point, I know that we could play against Hitler himself and you would be rooting for him, lol
It's nothing personal. Honestly i would be happy for you if Argentina won ... but i would be pissed if Argentina winning would be a reason for Messi to win again the Ballon de Ouer when he has showed a let less quality than in some of the previous years.

And the fact that we were murdered by Germany .... it would help me swallow that defeat more easily if Germany kept destroying teams like Brazil and Argentina! XD
And most of all, because i honestly think they performed overall better than anyone else and deserve it more than you guys ... and they have been klose :3c of achieving so in the recent past.

Anyway, in case you guys win i will be here to congratulate you, even though i bet you will get really cocky :3c
I would honestly be happy for you :hug

Yeah, and have to agree about Enzo. Kinda sad to see that he doesn't receive the praise he should, after such a good game from him. Makes me wonder what the journals were watching!

And i also agree with Mascherano, had some pretty good cuts and it's definitely an awesome player.

But i still prefer Fernando, or as we call him here the "octopus" :3c

So to conclude the world cup for Brasil:
1) THe biggest humiliation in sport history at this level
2) Deaths when constructing stadiums
3) Suppliers not being paid (They still own several hundred thousands euros to people organizing the opening/closing ceremony)
4) Public divided and wanting the money of the world cup to go to schools, hospitals, ...
5) Anger and risk of riots
6) Organisation for hosting camps of supporters atrocious.

3 and 6 are directly related to my country. So you might not have heard of it.

Well done Brasil, you managed to look like fools at many different levels: Sport, Trust, Competence, ...
How can you call this something else than a disaster ? I just hope they will learn from their mistakes for the olympics.

Defend when my country is wrong? I just said he truth. :huh

To be more precise, constructions regarding urban mobility has been made quite smoothly, but I don't believe the new lines of subway will be done in 2016. As for sports sites and Olympic Village, it is just paper currently.

The essential will be done somehow, though. Like in WC.

First post here but I must say that I don't understand why Lucas Moura and Philippe Coutinho were not selected for Brazil. They would have surely made a big impact and perhaps IMO, a much bigger impact than Fred.

I know both players and I'm aware of their potentials, Lucas did play well at PSG and he did well in the Champions League, and I was impressed by him especially against Chelsea where the defence had difficulties in keeping up with his pace and dribbling skills. And I remember his amazing solo run against Marseille which could have been one of the best goals of the year. ( In France )

As for Coutinho, his passing skills and flair are far from being ordinary. Being a Liverpool fan, I must say that he's one of my favourite players in the team. With his good first touch along with his good dribbling skills coupled with his flair as mentioned above, he would have been able to fit in Brazil's team for this World Cup.

In a nutshell, both of these players should have been selected but too bad they weren't. :(

True but I've seen Fred play since his spell at Lyon and he has been far from impressive. He was never able to score more than than 20 goals there, I think the most goals he scored in a year was 17 or even less. ( I think )

Diverse tactics and a different Team formation should have been at least tried.

MVP nominated players:

Messi, Di María, Mascherano, Müller, Hummels, Lahm, Kroos, Robben, Neymar, and James.

Golden glove candidates:

Neuer, Romero and Navas.

Diverse tactics and a different Team formation should have been at least tried.
And how do you know they were never tried and that they fit Scolari's style?

Lucas wasn't selected because he never played well for the national team.

_____

Cuadrado should be nominated to MVP.

_____

Young Players Awards nominated players:

Depay, Pogba and Varane.
