Lol, how unlucky, oh well Argentina did not show some world class football at all, Bosnia was way better and had the upper hand at times, Argentina relied on some failed Messi action at times. It should have been 1-1 based on the play Bosnia put out, if we go only by the first half, Bosnia does not deserve to lose.

Well with how boring this match is, no wonder the crowd isn't "best in the world" right now ( `_> ´ )
What... the English weren't even half as noisy as us.

I believe in you who believes in it!

Hmm, both France and Argentina as title contenders did not impress me much, I can see both teams going to the quarters ...not further, tbh. Based on the set up of the knockout stage as well as the thus far display. Although France can work on themselves a bit, they need more serious opponents, Argentina ... need to finish this one till the end.

The English were quiet, at least in the first half was boring as fk apart from the last 8 minutes. Hoping for a similar situation as Italy v England in this match with a great second half.

France won 3-0 vs 10 people in most of the game. 1 penalty goal and 1 OG. How is that even remotely impressive. Against Honduras too of all teams. I wouldn't include France in the title race at all, not before the tournament, and not now.

They lose after groups. They don't even have Ribery, and Benzema is like he's high as fuck on the pitch.

They should not be ruled out, they have a history in this tournament, this is a fairy new team, I am all for giving them a chance to see what they can do. The group they are in is really the problem here. :/ I sure hope for more contenders as we go along, so it's more interesting that way.

Giving team's a chance and hope doesn't equate to real expectations of being title contendors. Please.

They have a history in the past. The same could be said about Brazil until this year for a while. No Ribery, a striker whom is high as fk on the pitch. GG.

Now watch France win WC and make me eat my words, but please do prove me wrong France.

I'd say they've been better than us so far. Not sure if it's because of the 5 back line, or if because Messi has 3 dudes following him everywhere, but it needs to get fixed.
I think that it's a bit of both. Messi's getting marked out of the match and Argentina's not pushing enough men forward.

Gago and Higuain in, this is our best 11 now, no more handicaps.

The best teams are those that evolve during the tournament, not saying France is one, or will be one in this tournament, but .. I kind of see some potential.

Well, we will never know until the last 16, in which I think France does not face a strong opponent as well? At least teams that people consider to be top notch in this tourney.

It will certainly be a surprise if they win, ofc, but WC being predictable is a no go for me. :XD

At this point, I'm more of a France supporter than the actual French people (they gave up on France after the first leg of the playoff against Ukraine, if you remember), and I say that there's no real chance for France getting past the QFs. It could totally happen, but the difference is that France don't have someone of Zidane's caliber to drive them forward offensively.

In terms of Ribery being out, he's never done anything for the national team, outside of this WC's qualification campaign, so I don't think it's a huge loss.

However, France has alternated between winning/reaching the Final and not getting out of the group stages since 1998, so if form holds, France would be on track to win the WC this season. :derp

Argentina's crowd been way better this half, right before the goal it was spectacular =3 Well nothing I haven't heard before though, but at least nice to see the crowd cheer hard even when the team isn't scoring!

Those margins for Messi though. The gods have blessed his luck.

Speaking of fans... Our commentators were saying that some Argentine fans who were part of some hooligan group were not given a pass at the border? Anyone have any info on this?

Something to do with security reasons for the WC.

@Everyone that was against the Japanese keeper.

The one in the Japanese game wasn't hit that hard though...like I said, he got his hands on it and it slipped through...could have done better.

By what I can see, Argentina didn't play as much as expected... Any complains on how Brazil played? No? Okay. :heh
