The way Brazil dominated the first half they should've settled the game right there in the first 45. Brazil should've scored 3 goals with their chances (not the "denied" penalty). The fact Brazil didn't make so freaking many chances amount for anything but 1 goal is a big concern for future matches (mostly semi-final opponent).

I think if you guys play like this vs Colombia you are going to have a really tough time. Colombia's is such a good team ... kinda sad that their best player couldn't make it.
Colombia has definitely everything to beat you, so if you don't play great i doubt you will make it!

The problem was mostly the second half of the match, we were "apathetic" as our commentator said, we played terrible. First half was average, overtime was good, but not perfect. That's my opinion of each half.

I'm sure they will not play like that against Uruguay or Columbia, they don't want to kill Brazilian people by heart attack.

Leoat he is right regarding Webb. Everyone that watches European games, specially the CL's games knows that Webb is one of the best referees in the World. I didn't watch the game, but i would be extremely surprised if the referee was as bad as you make it sound.

Imo Portugal was also prejudiced vs Germany, but i had to move on

Gotze penalty was as much of a penalty, if not even less than the penalty we didn't have marked for us on the second half of the game. There were a lot of yellow giving by the referee in a stupid way that was only conditioning the game even more ... if it was the same referee in the game Portugal vs Ghana the game wouldn't had ended 11vs11.Then Pepe went full retard, but Muller apart from the theater, also reacted to Pepe and didn't even receive an yellow. I mean i do agree Pepe's can receive a red card for it, but we seen so many more dangerous actions ... like using the elbow that don't get as punished as a soft headbutt.

My point was that every decision was against us, and i am not even saying that most of them were wrong ... just it pisses off that every decision is for the same team. The difference between the interpretation of the referee on those 2 penalties is what pisses me off the most.

Had Portugal not sucked and underplaying and i would be butt hurt over that performance of the referee, specially because we were the only national team being eliminated because of the goals difference if memory serves me right.

I don't care about his history, he can be the best referee of the universe. The fact remains: he was terrible in the match against Chile. His history doesn't make him less guilty.

Columbia played better and won as expected. They have a good team, but their defense is lighter than teams such as Chile and Mexico. Unless they change their style, we'll have more space and it can be fatal. Let's see in the match.

Webb had an outstanding match. He made not even one big mistake. Hulks "goal" was clear hand ball, there can't be two opinions about this.

Best referee performance so far.

Felipão expressed his concern with the refereeing in his interview, they are overlooking fouls, not giving yellow card when they should, falling into Brazil's adversary complain (it was what happened in Hulk's goal IMO) and so on because of the pressure made by the adversary before the match. It's worrisome, but I rely on my team. We're going to do our game regardless childish complains of our adversaries or not.

My bets for tomorrow:

Netherlands x Mexico
Probably you guys will underestimate Mexico again, but I, on the other hand, expect a hard match to Netherlands. They have to be careful. Mexico has the best defense and Netherlands has the best offense of the WC so far (according to my sources).

Costa Rica x Greece
After what Costa Rica did in the 1st phase, they will not lose to Greece, for God's sake. It will be the easiest match for them so far.
