I think France will take this. From the bits I gathered (I don't actually follow national teams), they are in a top shape. There is no need for me to mention the sheer amount of high quality players they have. Looking forward to Varane, Umtiti, Mbappé and Griezmann.

However, my heart will root for Spain, Argentina and Belgium. I always had a crush on the spanish national team, but I don't think the current squad can pull this off. It feels as if they are lacking something despite the quality they have. I'll root for Argentina solely because of my favorite player Leo. I don't think he needs to win a WC to prove anything, lmao, but in case Argentina takes this, a lot of trivial discussions can be put ad acta. Belgium was my pick in the last EC, but they didn't live up to their potential... like at all. : / Hope they will do better this time as I'm a big fan of Courtois, Hazard, and De Bruyne. Too bad Nainggolan didn't make it into the squad.

In general, I'm not very hyped about a WC or EC.

France really has the best team ATM consisting of Geriezmann and others.But football is a game of chance so who knows what will happen.
